Is there any Universal Studios Jurassic Park ride that is based on a ride from the fictional Jurassic Park if it were opened to the public? The book briefly talks about rides, but I think it would be cool if in real life we could experience a ride that is meant to replicate a ride from the book
@dragondisaster They introduced a roller coaster called "Bone Crusher" in the new game that came out in November, so people could build something based off that. With animatronic Herrerasaurus.
Jurrasic park my all time fav movie i watched that tape till that shit broke but now i own the set on bluray its badass but the song brought bak great memorys thanks for postin
@ImaCowfreak Well, it would be nice to see a movie adaptation that follows the novel, i.e. apatosaurs instead of brachiosaurs, a sick stegosaur instead of a trike, Ed Regis getting eaten by the juvenile rex, etc.
@SaikeeKonosukeLuc DUDE NO WAY!!! I was hearing this song and I just told my roomate,"I remember when I first watched this movie as a kid....and I said I was gonna be a paleontologist.. 8, ) I got all teary eyed. :,) ahaha SO COOL DUDE!!!
I love this song so much, it reminds me of my grandfather who passed away last year. He took me to go watch it on the opening day back in 93'... I miss him alot.
Too beautiful a piece of music to have been used on and forever associated with a dinosaur attack movie (as good as Jurassic Park was). Williams should have saved it for another film.
"It is absolutely imperative that we work with the Costa Rican Department of Biological Preserves to establish a set of rules for the preservation and isolation of that island. These creatures require our absence to survive, not our help. And if we could only step aside and trust in nature, life will find a way".
I just saw this movie in 1080p. How do you think that was? :)
This film has better visuals than most of the movies today, and that is imprssive.
How an 18 year old movie can get THAT fascinating is hard to believe for me.
Jurassic Park will always be the ultimat movie for me, because it is so "real", even the story is believeable witch makes this movie the best upon time!!
@elyasf I know what you mean. I saw it in theaters about a year back (They were running old classics), and it still held up very well by today's standards, even on the Big Screen.
@elyasf Yea. On the day the movie was released, the world was 'shocked' thanks to the great effects and the 'real' feeling this movie was giving. Both Steven Spielberg as John Williams have done a great job on this movie!
John Williams is the best composer of all time. He puts so much emotion into his music. He has got to be one of the music active ones in Hollywood along side Hans Zimmer which he is always amazing too.
this movie made me fall in love with dinosaurs and to this day I still love getting this movie and watching it and I hope that someday I'll get to share it with my kids. This will truly always be my favorite movie of all time.
Universal Studios Islands of Adventure... they play this when you get past the T-Rex at the end :) Lovely memories of being a little kid miss those days so much
all my childhood i was inlove with dinosaurs....and when this movie came out my child mind believed they where real.......ja ja, was like a dream, and whit this song............well, you know
When my best friend and I split for college I told him, "that we've had a good run."
All of our childhood memories came back to us and this song reminded me of all the good times that we've got to share with each other. We had always wished that dinosaurs still walked the earth....thanks for the song and the good memories.
Yup. that's basically my entire childhood right there. This movie and Terminator 2. I could watch those movies on end! Enjoy your youth while you can!!
you'll never be younger than you are at this very moment! :D
@freshPrincess626 if you're offended,I apologize but hey everybody is raised and taught differently,so why be mad over such a controversial / historical issue?
Thanks for posting this... When I saw Jurassic Park in 1993, the whole audience was transfixed in amazement when the first dinosaur appeared (these were simpler times), and it got a standing ovation at the end... Happy Days :D
I miss being a child so much...okay I'm only 14, but people are so judgemental these days. When I was a child I could watch what I liked and no one would care. Now if I watch a Disney Movie I get slagged haha :(
@Babiiamz1 Who cares about them! The people who make fun or laugh at us for watching Disney are people who just have nothing better to do, screw their opinions. It's yours that matters, if you like something, watch it. Don't think of what others think and just do what you love to do or watch what you want to watch.
I wish i could have been alive when kids thought it was cool to like this kind of stuff. Now you just get made fun of for being a geek for liking star wars or Jurassic Park or anything old like that. it makes me sad to no that other kids dont get to experience the joy that classic movies like this bring me :(
@ringopauljohngeorge7 ehh i liked it but it wasnt that good. but if you switch james cameron around it spells my first and middle name :) so i like james cameron also he did great with terminator
My gosh, I literally was grown up around this kind of environment, my favorite movies of all time. Makes me want to go back to sunday afternoons with my friend watching the movies and playing with the actual Jurassic Park brand toys again. Those were such good times. Think I will go watch the whole saga right now.
Jurassic Park 2 was as good as it could get for it being a sequel. Maybe they could've captured more feeling of how precious the dinosaurs were. They went straight to the action as soon as the observation team arrived on the island. I like how in the first one, nobody knew what to expect and everyone was astonished and cautious. And in the second, nobody cared. They acted like the dinos were nothing special. The movie needed more sentimental moments like JP1.
play this and open "Home Alone Soundtrack-17 Mom Returns and Finale" in a 2nd tab on youtube. play them BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. turn the volume down on both halfway. ENJOY THE AWESOMENESS :D weird but they go together
My whole life was wrapped around in dinosaurs, especially jurassic park. now I feel my life completed when a legacy like this one will live on forever in the world and my heart.
Oh My god,i have tears in my eyes when i listen to this song again. It made me so nostalgic. This is my childhood wrapped in an eternal piece of Melody. Thank you John Williams for giving this theme to us. This means a world to me.
i theese movies...they are great but there is one thing that is always bodering me: they only had dna from one dino and how could they make all the others then?
I danced to this song at my sisters wedding. It was EPIC! (she didn't know I added it to the playlist). Let me tell you, the look on everybody's face was truly priceless
God, hearing this makes me so nostalgic. Even before I can remember, I loved dinosaurs. For the first sixteen years of my life the only thing I wanted to become was a palentologist. This was the first movie I ever watched, and is going to be my last. If anyone ever asks "Is there a perfect movie?" I'm pointing them to this. Perfection. Perfection and dinosaurs.
Whenever I hear this song, I see my childhood and everyone else's flash before my eyes. No matter how old we get, we will always be fascinated by dinosaurs. This movie brought our imaginations of what dinosaurs were like to reality and nothing else will ever come near it. Our childhoods will always keep the nostalgia of this movie alive forever and ever. No matter what generation comes next.
I can still remember this song playing while walking out of the theater. It's the kind of music that really brings out the marvel of this kind of idea actually happening regardless of a few dinosaurs killing off half the island of people.
This is one of my favorites. It is so beautiful and comforting. It makes me want there to be some real Jurassic Park out there. Oh and I'm super excited! JP4 was just confirmed at Comic-Con!!!
I remember loosing my job when this movie first came out. It inspired me so much that I changed direction in my life went back to school and got a dergree and a job in the science field. Amazing what an idea and inspiritation can do. Thanks John Williams!
@cellofingers I really like that you felt like this! I'm a chem/bio student and hearing this song truly is an inspiring, It's amazing what a piece of music can do :)
Ever since I was born I would watch this movie 24/7. I really love this movie. I would cry when I hear the theme song. I'm one of the biggest JP fans out there. don't believe me look at my childhood toys there are all labeled JP which means Jurassic Park

Ever since I was born I would watch this movie 24/7. I really love this movie. I would cry when I hear the theme song. I'm one of the biggest JP fans out there. don't believe me look at my childhood toys there are all labeled JP which means Jurassic Park

I want to go back to Universal Studios so badly it hurts. Sucks being a college student. I wish I was a kid again so I'd have no responsibilities
