@CasKattella It def helped me with energy, to just feel better and the biggest reason I love it- It cut my cravings. I was a huge chocolate/ice cream person- but since you're filling your body with the nutrients it craves...those cravings went away. Thank goodness! lol And my tummy DEF leaned out!! =) Are you trying to lose weight?

There are different schedules you can follow to achieve the results you want- you would want to follow the "Classic" schedule and your results are LARGELY determined by what you eat and how much! I have the same body style as you... did P90X for a little bit, but stopped due to travelling. But I am now more motivated than ever and seeing your video was a sign.
@hellokitty6952 I personally liked the lean version better- but you might want to substitute Plyo for cardio to get a more intense workout! I posted my story and tons of my recipes/meal plans on my blog katiheifner.blogspot.com
@SuperGlittergirl123 I still do some of the p90x workouts but right now Im actually doing Debbie Seiber's Slim Series to maintain my results and her workouts are very slimming! But nutrition is the biggest part to maintaining your results!!! What does your diet look like? Are you still eating clean or following the nutrition guide?
@magisana I did the Lean version first...since then Ive done the classic :) But when I started I could only do 8 "Girl push ups" and ZERO pull ups...even using the chair was hard. Now, I can do over 30 full pushups and 6 pull ups WITHOUT the chair...about 12-15 with the chair :) DEF got stronger!
