I still remember that Nandita interview, for a guy who is with infy for 5+ yrs with first 3 yrs with CRR 1 and the last 2 yrs with CRR 1+. I deparately want to quit this company, this is so full of incompetent and ignorant pigs, but i cant , I am institutionalized. There are many like me, we slog and we work and we face the customer, while others live off our blood, like leeches.Her interview made me want to puke so bad, the apparent disregard for employees !!

They have delayed the April hike to June. Why to publish in ET and then can't follow it? Ashok Gopinath and Yogesh Kulkarni did a lot in forming and strengthening BCM and formed BCM-STAR, Prism etc...It's a gr8 loss for company to loose somebody like Ashok Gopinath. From top to bottom employees are leaving the company due to frustration and it's high time that something is being rolled out honestly otherwise it will be too late...
Now BCM-STAR and BCM-Prism and whatever good initiatives started by Ashok Gopinath they will be destroyed and screwed by DMs who are currently taking care of this. Infact the tech leads were so impressed that they did not conduct my second Tech round and I was given the Sal that I asked for. But since then I have been kicked left, right, center, bottom that after 4 years I only know how to make good ppt, resource allocation in excel sheet and how to lie to client. CONT..
With every new extension infy signs with current Client, my role changes from PM, Tech lead, Service lead & now I am back to PM. And trust me this is the story of any good resource in Infy who still wants to get an opp to raise his head and work with dignity. Rest all have compromised and standing in the Boot licking queue
My 2 Pune offshore resources hav resigned. HR is doing their best to make these guys complete the 3 month notice period. These guys are furstated, like us, and doing no work in the notice period. BC we are getting screwed up at client site and forced to say all lies to Client to save our project. But there is no one in My Mgt heirarchy to listen & address. At the end HR will give me 2 new freshers, making my more miserable.
looking at the body language of my dictator Managers & DM->DVM. Bigheaded HR, I do not see anyone is intersted to bring any significant change. All these E band & HR people are fit for a Govt Job where they are happy to discuss the issues from morning to evening, get paid handsomely for that, go home. This is a situation with every project. People with 1-5 yrs of experience are leaving infosys at offshore. Projects are getting affected. We are getting freshers who have got all the training but coming from some lousy colleges and they are just book worms. They will take another 6-8 months to learn-by that time project will be over and everybody will slog and they will also leave the company in frustration. In our case situation is even worse contd...
contd...we are being asked by the Offshore GPM not to tell the client that somebody is on leave or left the project or company also. They want to continuously bill the client for the resource who is either on leave or left the company. This is a sinking ship and which ever project is having production release in this year-beware-you have to die in the office working for that to make it to production. lot of people are serving notice period and they won't be working during those cont

Same is the case with every other lateral. Anybody joining as lateral outside of India can't get any promotion at all. They are hired to take care of the most risky projects. DMs/EMs put their favorite folks into some highly visible but easy projects and this keep on happening. Only employees with ID less than 3000 are there and rest are all leaving. Laterals are really treated very badly. They are never considered a part of this company-they are always treated as outsiders.
Guys.. Though I am happy that finally I am moving out of this crap. But I can't forget the ordeal that I went through in last couple of years which has only got worse over the years. CONT...

OK, guys - to be fair - once upon a time Infy WAS a great compnay to work for. It brought India on world map, most of us had that love and loyalty. guys, today I got a weird HR survey asking 'how the BPHR can do better? The survey mentioned all the HR by names and asked to identify 3 names with who we are interacting and give feed back.
Ashok Vemuri seems to be a nice leader but under his head the most of the politics happens. He is heading BCM where most number of frustrated employees are working. He just comes to Infosys US offices and bunch of monkeys who are boot lickers surround him and talk to him. Every Geo cluster party I just see him talking to the same herd of people-never reaching out to new folks and talking to them contd...
Moreover a lot of scandals has been un-earthed under his hood. Lot of Sr. Engagement managers in east coast in BCM-were helping few consulting companies. Rather than letting infosys employees work with the clients-they used to favor some other small consulting companies and used to get a commission for placing their folks. UBS, Citi, Capital One, Bank of America is few of them. One such person viz. "Soumya Banerjee" was found culprit and also laid off during recent recession.

Rather than addressing real pain points these idiots are just trying to divert attention of rest of the folks with these stupid contests. At one point we are all adjudged against some perfections during our appraisal(do this and that and also with this much perfection) but this company seems to be very imperfect. A lot of problems and issues are here. It's there with other companies also but other companies doesn't say "driven by values". guys - try sending a mail to visa HR folks. You will get a weird OOO from them - they are involved in a business critical, highly important exercise until March 31st. Any guesses on what it could be? estimating probabalities of DOL and cleaning up tracks on any visa related investigation.
One of the infosys employee(a girl) was terminated after an IRS enquiry-her LCA had a location different than where she was(Delaware at East coast). IRS randomly picked her. Later it was found out that she worked at 3 different work locations in US and none of them were mentioned in the LCA. Infy HR didn't helped her at all and later she was terminated without any fault of her-she refused to go to india...later she sued the company contd...
as this brought a lot of disturbances in her personal life. She sued the company. After that company is very busy in changing the locations for all the employees accordingly via TM(transfer memorandum) process. First screw something-later get screwed and then only fix it..this is how this company is operating....
Yes I heard of this one. Later a good amount of folks who were working from home for years(yes there are some old time employees who in US are working from home for years just because they have right equation with their manager with no reasons for them to work from home-they have no disability etc...) were asked to start reporting to client offices even when client has allowed them to work from home. Some people are not even willing to come to office...
You are right-USVisaStamping, HR Managers-these good for nothing folks have setup OOO auto-response. They have absolutely no work and enjoying life like anything. They don't even want to check their emails and respond to them accordingly. Most of the time employees has to send a serv centrale rquests only. None of these HR and operations people want to work but very good in giving funda etc...this company just sucks...it smells like rotten onion and potato....
Just today stupid NJ NY Geo cluster folks have posted results of photography contests. These HR folks-rather than focusing on real pain points are just trying to divert attention of rest of the folks to these contests, picnics, parties etc...
Entire company is struggling due high level attrition and they are arranging photography contests. very in-human, no sensitive HR...shame on them and shame on infy.
You are right-i also heard the same from my BCM friends. When in 2008-economy was so bad-they still conducted all those parties. if they could have given up parties-they could have at least paid to 100 employees that they laid off during that time. What these big shots are doing in all the american offices-playing TT, snooker and doing time pass. infosys should get rid of these folks and save a lot of money that is getting wasted in the fat checks to these white elephants.

Make it a really flat company. Guys till 12 yrs of exp as Software engineer, from 13-20 as sr. software engineer and from 20-25 as principal software engineer and after that CTO etc... Just follow Google or any other good product company. If you really man "Winning in Flat world"-get rid of all this hierarchy. Neither they are winning nor it's a flat world inside. I hate infosys. i also feels the same. Except Excel, PPT and word-now i dont have any other skills. The only skills in terms of technology i remember is search on google, try to figure out whether it can work or not and then copy-paste it. If nothing works-then yell at juniors why it is not working and threaten them for bad CRR. I don't feel proud to be infoscian-listen NG-i dont' any more.
@infyemployee420 I feel sorry to say I agree with you and in all this politics, we have forgotten the main aim of our work: CLIENT. This company does not allow us to work, but rather fill up their numerous excels and waste time in meaningless performagic exercise, which at the end of the day no one is happy about. Why can't they just abolish CRR and Certi? That at least will give us some time to focus on improving ourselves. But, this company is not gonna change.
It being my first company-i loved it like anything but now it has deteriorated like anything. Problem is either i can wait to become PM or TA after 2 yrs but that is not sure also...i dont know after some time they might introduce some 'rRACE(c stands for Rat). you can file DOL complaint any time for anything that happened to you wrong in the last 3 years. The sooner you do better it is as employer has less chances to wipe the proofs. It make a lot of sense if you file when you are current employee as DOL has all the records for you which are current. Don't worry and go ahead and file DOL complaint. I have already did that. Moreover infosys has variable pay or bonus-which means same experience level people with similar education levels can get different salaries for the same nature of work-which violates the very exempt status. Guys go ahead and take your revenge from this company which has ruined so many family lives, demotivated people and never paid the overtime wages in USA.
Infosys has wrongly classified all the US employees as exempt. California DOL has started the investigation and visited the Fremont office. Exempt means in all 40 hours - it could be starting at morning 6 AM and ending at 1:00 AM in the night but overall weekly hours must not be more than 40 hours.Only fire fighters, cops, people working in day/night are exempt. So guys go ahead and approach CA DOL. contd..
@notsohappyinfosysemp & btw - I am shocked that all of us have been wrongly classified as exempt!!! Wow!! is that why we are asked to tell teams not to fill time sheets for more than 40 hours even though most of the are busting their ass with 60-70 hours!!!! I never knew this...Contd.
The did wrong by taking out ADP based eTime. iTime is not storing the data in USA-it's being stored in india and that's a violation once again. Various state DOL agencies are already investigating this. If the data is outside of USA for US employees(local hires or deputed)-it can be tampered which is not allowed after the CA state ruling for the class action suit in 2007. They can't do this and they need to pay for it again.
one more thing i want to reveal. This un-ethical company is billing offshore for 44 hours per week. They try to show most of the work in SEZ even when they are doing it from STP to save on taxes from indian government also. They are just working the way reliance did to save on taxes. It's very un-ethical company. GEMs and DMs get cut for the revenue even if they are not doing anything and poor low level employees are working as slaves and getting peanuts. Shame on infy mgmt
1.isn't wage paying less to h1/L1 workers compared to onsite local hires illegal? I am doing some research on visa misuse and many interesting facts are coming out. Fact is all companies like TCS, Wipro, Infy, Satyam do this - but they don't pose 'holier than thou' attitude in media CONTD.

You can file DOL on your own-100's of people have already done so. You don't need a company-no team work required here...go ahead and do it. DOL case-we can do it free of cost., while Class action suit requires advocates-i know that is faster than DOL but let's go via DOL way first. if we don't see progress we can join hands for class action suit
If our salary is less than $110K in 2009-we are not exempt. Moreover we don't have hire/fire rights of two employees. We are not exempt. But be very clear when you talk to DOL investigator in terms of your day to day duties. your day to day duties determine ur status and not your designation. Only EMs and above are exempt employee in usa and they dont qualify for overtime wages-everybody else does-DOL folks told me after 6 months of investigation contd...
moreover - we are all not treated equally. Infosys consulting employees get matching contribution in their 401K. Lot of consulting employees were fired during recession and they have also complained to DOL. SI Head who was fired to last year or in 2008 has also complaint to DOL. But DOL is really busy as they have a lot of un-employment wages cases in all the states-that they have to solve also. It might take approx 8-12 months for resolution contd....
But you will protected under the whistle blower law as company cannot fire present employees or transfer them or make any changes in their terms of conditions during the time of investigation of DOL agency. As wipro/infy/tcs exports a lot of cases to offshore-they are soft targets for DOL and in the very first hearing they surrender.you have greater chances of winning the case against them as Americans also want that infy kind of companies should go away...
as per exempt rule-if you come to office for even 2 hours - you should be paid full day salary. So exemption rule doesn't work only in employers favor-but in your favor also. But infy has a concept of variable pay concept and variable pay is bound to individual's performance-this violates the FLSA exempt status. which says everybody should be paid the same thru-pay shud not be less or more because of quality of work.
contd...so don't worry and don't be afraid. Infosys is a willful violator. Please go thru your LCA. They don't fire anybody in USA and if they-they have to face a law suit. They will make ur life miserable but not to a great extent. They fired an employee(indian employee deputated in US working in Capital One account in Richmond VA USA) -first gave the CRR4 and then called him back to india and then fired in india. contd....
So we are talking about real stuff and telling everybody how infosys works internally. This person was really a very strong technical guy who got trapped into ugly politics and lost the job. He was from ES(enterprise solutions) stream. Anybody who wants to be technical-beware of infosys-this company sucks and doesn't value technical folks...just too much politics against the technical folks contd...
One of the firing story i knew...during 2008-2009 when GS did mass layoffs of infosys consultants working out there...around 80 people from infosys - there contract was terminated..one of the friends of mine...he was working with infosys for close to 5.5 yrs got terminated from infosys itself. He wanted to continue in the country at the same location as his wife was expected and her due date was in next 2 months. Infy showed no mercy and laid him off from the company contd..
the work environment for US citizens, GC holders and local us hires also. wake up guys...in this company no deserving persons can grow and have a peaceful life.
but the problem is this is not good either for any talented employee in the project management stream also. Be a boot licker, talk the same native language of your boss, don't raise your voice against any injustice...but are you sure if you do this...you are a living being.
They laid him off in US-terminating his H1. They were forcing him to go to india. But this guy was smart enough and got another job in H1 but went thru a lot of trouble during that time. they cannot suck the blood of employees and keep on spending on buildings and structures and paying fat checks to white elephants who are making life miserable for rest of the 90% employees. File DOL cases and class action suit against this company for wrong exempt classification and not adhering to us laws for not paying overtime wages...even we US local hires are told many a times...why can't u work extra time when rest of the folks..indian deputees in us are spoiling contd..
is there a rule against L1-A or L1-B being put on billable roles? Isn't L1 an 'inter company transfer' and not to be billed? esp. L1-A is a multi national executive? Can anyone throw light on this? I believe many project managers that Infy has at onsite are L1...

All the folks who are having more than 15 -20 yrs of experience are screwing infosys big time. Even if company throws them out there is no negative impact but only a positive impact. These people have king size ego and are white elephants. They get fat pay checks and none of them are billable to the client. The moment somebody is beyond the band 6(A, B,C) or Band D(old time)-they think they are done with their age for doing any work...they just screw others

Respective IBU's is having open houses with emp to understand their views & after lot of discussions HR has analyzed that "POLICIES ARE GOOD BUT ITS COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN NOT PROPER" & they need to improve upon +ve communication. I still remember that Nandita interview, for a guy who is with infy for 5+ yrs with first 3 yrs with CRR 1 and the last 2 yrs with CRR 1+. I deparately want to quit this company, this is so full of incompetent and ignorant pigs, but i cant , I am institutionalized. There are many like me, we slog and we work and we face the customer, while others live off our blood, like leeches.Her interview made me want to puke so bad, the apparent disregard for employees !!

They have delayed the April hike to June. Why to publish in ET and then can't follow it? Is this driven by values??? and now no more intellectuals remaining in the company-so they should abolish "Powered by intellectuals and driven by values". Ashok Gopinath and Yogesh Kulkarni did a lot in forming and strengthening BCM and formed BCM-STAR, Prism etc...It's a gr8 loss for company to loose somebody like Ashok Gopinath. From top to bottom employees are leaving the company due to frustration and it's high time that something is being rolled out honestly otherwise it will be too late...

Infact the tech leads were so impressed that they did not conduct my second Tech round and I was given the Sal that I asked for. But since then I have been kicked left, right, center, bottom that after 4 years I only know how to make good ppt, resource allocation in excel sheet and how to lie to client. CONT..

My 2 Pune offshore resources hav resigned. HR is doing their best to make these guys complete the 3 month notice period. These guys are furstated, like us, and doing no work in the notice period. BC we are getting screwed up at client site and forced to say all lies to Client to save our project. But there is no one in My Mgt heirarchy to listen & address. At the end HR will give me 2 new freshers, making my more miserable.

This is a situation with every project. People with 1-5 yrs of experience are leaving infosys at offshore. Projects are getting affected. We are getting freshers who have got all the training but coming from some lousy colleges and they are just book worms. They will take another 6-8 months to learn-by that time project will be over and everybody will slog and they will also leave the company in frustration. In our case situation is even worse contd...

contd...we are being asked by the Offshore GPM not to tell the client that somebody is on leave or left the project or company also. They want to continuously bill the client for the resource who is either on leave or left the company. This is a sinking ship and which ever project is having production release in this year-beware-you have to die in the office working for that to make it to production. lot of people are serving notice period and they won't be working during those cont

Same is the case with every other lateral. Anybody joining as lateral outside of India can't get any promotion at all. They are hired to take care of the most risky projects. DMs/EMs put their favorite folks into some highly visible but easy projects and this keep on happening. Only employees with ID less than 3000 are there and rest are all leaving. Laterals are really treated very badly. They are never considered a part of this company-they are always treated as outsiders.

OK, guys - to be fair - once upon a time Infy WAS a great compnay to work for. It brought India on world map, most of us had that love and loyalty. But in the recent past EVERY single such sentiment is eroded thanks to politics, hypocrasy and utterly meaningless HR behavior. VERY SAD state of affairs.

Moreover a lot of scandals has been un-earthed under his hood. Lot of Sr. Engagement managers in east coast in BCM-were helping few consulting companies. Rather than letting infosys employees work with the clients-they used to favor some other small consulting companies and used to get a commission for placing their folks. In the last moment it was cancelled w/o giving any reason. Similary, NG was supposed to visit Pune, but was called off last minute, again no reason. These HR folks are just skuttling like chickens heads cut off. They never saw such crisis in their life time.

Rather than addressing real pain points these idiots are just trying to divert attention of rest of the folks with these stupid contests. All operations people, DMs, DVMs, HR folks should be fired immediately to address all the concerns. Believe me there is no negative impact on the company due to this. also fire MDP and NG.

I have gone thru all this comments. At one point we are all adjudged against some perfections during our appraisal(do this and that and also with this much perfection) but this company seems to be very imperfect. A lot of problems and issues are here. It's there with other companies also but other companies doesn't say "driven by values". guys - try sending a mail to visa HR folks. You will get a weird OOO from them - they are involved in a business critical, highly important exercise until March 31st. Any guesses on what it could be? estimating probabalities of DOL and cleaning up tracks on any visa related investigation.

One of the infosys employee(a girl) was terminated after an IRS enquiry-her LCA had a location different than where she was(Delaware at East coast). IRS randomly picked her. Later it was found out that she worked at 3 different work locations in US and none of them were mentioned in the LCA. Infy HR didn't helped her at all and later she was terminated without any fault of her-she refused to go to india...later she sued the company contd...

Later a good amount of folks who were working from home for years(yes there are some old time employees who in US are working from home for years just because they have right equation with their manager with no reasons for them to work from home-they have no disability etc...) were asked to start reporting to client offices even when client has allowed them to work from home. Some people are not even willing to come to office...

You are right-USVisaStamping, HR Managers-these good for nothing folks have setup OOO auto-response. They have absolutely no work and enjoying life like anything. They don't even want to check their emails and respond to them accordingly. Most of the time employees has to send a serv centrale rquests only. Just today stupid NJ NY Geo cluster folks have posted results of photography contests. These HR folks-rather than focusing on real pain points are just trying to divert attention of rest of the folks to these contests, picnics, parties etc...
Entire company is struggling due high level attrition and they are arranging photography contests. very in-human, no sensitive HR...shame on them and shame on infy.

You are right-i also heard the same from my BCM friends. When in 2008-economy was so bad-they still conducted all those parties. if they could have given up parties-they could have at least paid to 100 employees that they laid off during that time. Bhai logo.. Today I am a relaxed myan!!! I accepted an offer from a kwel company (Outside India near Aus Continent , not Australia -:) )
Now I will try completing the notice period (but it is not necessary as by law Infy has to give me releaving letter). I am still a fan of Infy ( worked here for almost 5 yrs) but the middle mgmt, HR and Admin sucks now and they can't be changed. .. CONT.

Make it a really flat company. Guys till 12 yrs of exp as Software engineer, from 13-20 as sr. software engineer and from 20-25 as principal software engineer and after that CTO etc... i also feels the same. Except Excel, PPT and word-now i dont have any other skills. The only skills in terms of technology i remember is search on google, try to figure out whether it can work or not and then copy-paste it. If nothing works-then yell at juniors why it is not working and threaten them for bad CRR. I don't feel proud to be infoscian-listen NG-i dont' any more.

This company does not allow us to work, but rather fill up their numerous excels and waste time in meaningless performagic exercise, which at the end of the day no one is happy about. It being my first company-i loved it like anything but now it has deteriorated like anything. Problem is either i can wait to become PM or TA after 2 yrs but that is not sure also...i dont know after some time they might introduce some 'rRACE(c stands for Rat). But overall my technical knowledge level is that of a 3 yrs guy...it's all screwed up now. Let me prepare my self for the interviews...i am just a TL who was suppose to be PM but now i am no where.

Guys don't reveal what all you are trying to do here on youtube. Do it silently. And please don't highlight all the issues about the company-i am facing a lot of difficulties in getting another job after working in infosys for around 6 yrs. you can file DOL complaint any time for anything that happened to you wrong in the last 3 years. The sooner you do better it is as employer has less chances to wipe the proofs. Infosys has wrongly classified all the US employees as exempt. California DOL has started the investigation and visited the Fremont office. Exempt means in all 40 hours - it could be starting at morning 6 AM and ending at 1:00 AM in the night but overall weekly hours must not be more than 40 hours.Only fire fighters, cops, people working in day/night are exempt. So guys go ahead and approach CA DOL. contd..

The did wrong by taking out ADP based eTime. iTime is not storing the data in USA-it's being stored in india and that's a violation once again. Various state DOL agencies are already investigating this. If the data is outside of USA for US employees(local hires or deputed)-it can be tampered which is not allowed after the CA state ruling for the class action suit in 2007. They can't do this and they need to pay for it again.

one more thing i want to reveal. This un-ethical company is billing offshore for 44 hours per week. They try to show most of the work in SEZ even when they are doing it from STP to save on taxes from indian government also. They are just working the way reliance did to save on taxes. It's very un-ethical company. GEMs and DMs get cut for the revenue even if they are not doing anything and poor low level employees are working as slaves and getting peanuts. Shame on infy mgmt

If our salary is less than $110K in 2009-we are not exempt. Moreover we don't have hire/fire rights of two employees. We are not exempt. But be very clear when you talk to DOL investigator in terms of your day to day duties. your day to day duties determine ur status and not your designation. Only EMs and above are exempt employee in usa and they dont qualify for overtime wages-everybody else does-DOL folks told me after 6 months of investigation contd...

moreover - we are all not treated equally. Infosys consulting employees get matching contribution in their 401K. Lot of consulting employees were fired during recession and they have also complained to DOL. SI Head who was fired to last year or in 2008 has also complaint to DOL. But DOL is really busy as they have a lot of un-employment wages cases in all the states-that they have to solve also. It might take approx 8-12 months for resolution contd....

But you will protected under the whistle blower law as company cannot fire present employees or transfer them or make any changes in their terms of conditions during the time of investigation of DOL agency. As wipro/infy/tcs exports a lot of cases to offshore-they are soft targets for DOL and in the very first hearing they surrender.you have greater chances of winning the case against them as Americans also want that infy kind of companies should go away...

as per exempt rule-if you come to office for even 2 hours - you should be paid full day salary. So exemption rule doesn't work only in employers favor-but in your favor also. But infy has a concept of variable pay concept and variable pay is bound to individual's performance-this violates the FLSA exempt status. which says everybody should be paid the same thru-pay shud not be less or more because of quality of work.

One of the firing story i knew...during 2008-2009 when GS did mass layoffs of infosys consultants working out there...around 80 people from infosys - there contract was terminated..one of the friends of mine...he was working with infosys for close to 5.5 yrs got terminated from infosys itself. He wanted to continue in the country at the same location as his wife was expected and her due date was in next 2 months. Infy showed no mercy and laid him off from the company contd..

They laid him off in US-terminating his H1. They were forcing him to go to india. But this guy was smart enough and got another job in H1 but went thru a lot of trouble during that time. All the folks who are having more than 15 -20 yrs of experience are screwing infosys big time. Even if company throws them out there is no negative impact but only a positive impact. These people have king size ego and are white elephants. They get fat pay checks and none of them are billable to the client. The moment somebody is beyond the band 6(A, B,C) or Band D(old time)-they think they are done with their age for doing any work...they just screw others

@chaa782 go to sparsh and search for HRD blog. There is one blog for the month of march, where in NG is talking about 'improving how to communicate policies better'. You cannot see it from xnet, you have to log in using vpn.

Respective IBU's is having open houses with emp to understand their views & after lot of discussions HR has analyzed that "POLICIES ARE GOOD BUT ITS COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN NOT PROPER" & they need to improve upon +ve communication. This is again sooooooo F**KING idiotic that HR still has not agreed that their policies are blood sucking policies. They just want to do the patch work & try communicating in better way. CONT....

the problem is multifold now...people have been so vocal(in terms of bad mouthing) to talk about the company in public-that other company folks won't take the employees and even if they take infocians as their employee-will negotiate hard for a lower salary and low designation-citing the fact that you are not coming from standard company(infy).

I happened to be part of few open house & trust me I have seen no difference in the body lang of DM or HR. They just want to listen, justify policies & just record # of meetings they are having with emps. In none of the forum I heard them briefing the team on ET/youtube comments, committing to resolve any hot issues. CONT...

@chaa782 btw when you are in the HRD blog site in sparsh, pls don't forget to read through the comments for her blog called 'Are you proud of being an Infoscion?' it has some 2500+ comments, and each and every one of them have blasted her. Don't waste time reading her blog or the response she gave to comments, it is just pure drivel. Just only read the comments - you will have a time of your life.

Yes this time she is asking for feedback for leave policies and broad band policies. To distract people from real issues these HR folks focus on low hanging and useless fruits. This way they keep the employees busy and nobody brings up the real issues. Does she going to change the policies if people dont like them-all this is drama and nothing else.

I agree.. However in my recent conversations with my Seniors (till Unit head), HR & other open houses.. I have observed that only tone has slightly changed but these guys are still trying to justify all the wrong doings. I doubt if they completely roll out IRACE and give the previous designations back. As I understand INFY will just amend something here & there but will never roll back such policies.. CONT...
