Why do people keep saying she sold out? I used to listen to a lot of punk, now I listen to more pop, including Gwen's solo debut. I don't think Gwen sold out. But maybe that's because my idea of pop has changed. Punks think pop is whats wrong with the music industry (usually) but I think you have to look at the purpose of pop. Gwen had a vision for her solo albums-they were supposed to be pop albums. And god they are catchy as hell. If i want ND, I just listen to them.In my eyes, Gwen's the same

They just make the music they wanna make and they got popular. People said American Idiot was then selling out to become more popular when it wasn't even planned. They had another album but it got stolen or something like that so they recorded it but yet everyone calls them sellouts.

When I was 7, my Dad gave his video version of this... that he had to have shipped in from America. I watched it so much I could literalloy quote everything she said to the crowd etc!! Seeing this brings back loads of memories! :)
