Matt was within his boundaries by asking the man about his past criminal activity and prison term. His wife mentioned that when she was being questioned by the police as though there was relevance. The guy alledgedly had a shady past and had bilked unsuspecting people out of some serious money. Hopefully, he can move forward with his life.
