  • Love the movie and all, but would they really stand a chance against an attack helicopter?

  • Actually the best thing about Avatar where the teaser containing this music.

  • Remember people they tried selective fire during the intial outbreak with the snipers and that was hadly efective too many people too many infected, its too risky they must be wipe out before the spread across the isles worse yet the mainland unlucky for us Andy and friends slipped the kill net guess what that means

  • When I ran from my stupid x-girlfriend I imagined she was a zombie and this was playing in the background..

  • Yeah. I can see this track in the "Hunger Games" trailer, can't you?

  • This is just bloody petrifying.

  • Doyle: ETA?

    60

    Doyle: Minutes?

    No, seconds!

  • Combine Elite!

  • This sounds like bad-ass techno, I could rave to this.

  • wich helicopter scene?

The killing infected one or the firing against a car?

  • sounds like Clans of Xymox meets silent hill

  • The sound around 3:41 reminds me of Half Life

A scene in the speed boat to this music in Half Life would be amazing.

  • the gunner wasnt a very good shot in this scene... :o

  • This scene in the movie made me thought "Infected can't drive cars, you fucking retards!"

  • @NotCliffyB what are you talking about?

  • @TeamFruit When the survivors escaped in a car and a helicopter chased them.

  • @NotCliffyB But they didn't think they were infected in the car. The military was told to kill everyone alive, Code Red. So, that's because the helicopter chased them.

  • @JinRenegade It some kind of security-thing, so the infection don't spread again

  • @TeamFruit It was a tough call, but I would have made it, too.

Everyone was taking it personally it seemed.

  • @TeamFruit

Kill everyone in this area! but do not destroy the tunnel to Paris!

  • @TeamFruit That's bull though, just kill everyone who is infected. If you aren't sure and want to take the shot go ahead, but don't freakin' shoot at innocents you stupid f*cking idiots.

  • @ivan2294 no killing everyone would be the smart thing to do so that way if everyone is dead there is no more zombies (Obamalogic)

  • @TeamFruit I hated that "Code Red" Shit cause they ended up *SPOILER ALERT* Killing the soilder who was the best character in that whole movie

  • @JinRenegade they killed innocent people for a good reason, 3 stages to their code red.. stage 1 kill infected only , stage 2 containment, tht fails , stage 3 extermination, doesn't matter, anyone on ground level is dead because they could possibly be infected, they need to get rid of the infection some how and tht is the only way of doing it.

  • @FireTeamZooloo

And carriers were an unknown factor so they had no choice.

  • @wimpie25 thats what im saying. They kill everyone, for a good reason. to get rid of the infection.

  • @JinRenegade it has to do with quarentine. it got so bad that they couldnt control it, so they dont have time to identify infected from clean, so its just shoot everything that doesnt wear a gas mask and stuff.

  • @JinRenegade Yeah, the Americans initiated code red to prevent the spread of the disease. Ultimately they failed but hey, what are you going to do.

  • @JinRenegade It's science fiction mate, makes it all the more suspenseful. And plus it's the government. Hate to say it but the government is just that damned stupid. Take the easy way out...not the hard...who cares for the people? But I digress, it's just a movie, a damn good one, but thankfully just a movie for the time being.

  • @JinRenegade Noob.

  • @Emilvsd Boon.

  • @JinRenegade ....Code Red is when they would kill off any threats to contain it on the island, The end of the movie where they show Paris and it's spreading. That's what Code Red TRIED to prevent. That's why they killed everyone because they knew their was unsecured aircraft in the area that people could use. Fucking Derp.

  • @ray0426jh Goddamn it, I wrote that comment 1 bloody year ago, I know, I know, I KNOW! I don't need to be told 2000 times. Infact, I'm just going to delete this damn comment.

  • @JinRenegade Go ahead. *Trollface*

  • @ray0426jh You couldn't troll if your life depended on it.

  • @TeamFruit they could have been infected but not yet changed over to the virus.

  • @NotCliffyB It's because they had to make sure. They could be terrorists, they could carry the infection with them, anything can happen. So they had to make sure and kill everyone. Innocent or not.

  • @NotCliffyB True, but they are on lockdown noone can escape meaning kill everyone escaping, running.

  • EPIC

  • We all think we could make it.

    We are wrong.

It that shit was real we wouldn't last a week

  • i wish for it. it would be fun :P i would listen to this song on my mp3playa than spray and pray :D

  • @k3rc4 Well you'd better set up endurance supplies, because this is bound to happen in humanity's time on Earth. There's a pandemic every 50 to 100 years, who says the next one won't have the same symptoms as Rage? Spanish Flu and the Black Plague were both nearly as bad.

  • @IPVentertainment ahahah i really doubt a pandemic virus would have this syptoms but who knows? and my comment wasnt that serious at all. i would probably barricade myself with needed supplies to see this through...

  • I have a very rare blood type so I guess I would be survive....

  • Imagine if the rage virus was real. Then God help us all

  • we would survive cuz of the ammount of zomvie movies made we would learn off them

  • @Euroman25 I think I'd do well. I'd have no problem killing thousands of zombies.

  • this perfect for like a scene when the a fast acting virus breaks out.

  • this is perfect for avatar like where the tree gets blown up and u should just cut out the audio of people speaking while the treee is being blown up and it would make everything feel out of control and just like the silence at the end of death

  • I wish the music for AVATAR was really like this. It fits perfectly in my opinion.

  • Avatar's actual OST is still pretty damn awesome

  • @gofojibwas

    Agreed

  • @Jammed9000 I guess James Cameron should pick John Murphy to score his movies then, although James Horner would be sad.

  • @Jammed9000 No! Avatar OST is awesome, its really cool. This a differente kind of OST for a different tipe of movie.

  • @JoseMB13

Yeah, the avatar soundtrack is great. But if the music was like 28 Weeks Later it would be awesome (to me)

  • @JoseMB13 i would of loved hans zimmer to do avatars soundtrack, but james horner still did a great job.

  • @TigerEyeJewel Yeah, it would be great. James Horner has like a "magical" style. But Hans Zimmer has like a epic style, he's great.

  • @Jammed9000 it was in the 1st original trialer

  • @TigerEyeJewel

yeah i know. thats why alot of avatar fans are here.

  • @Jammed9000 the films ok 28 days later/weeks later, ive watched it twice, but i wouldnt go out and buy it, the soundtracks yes, but not the film.

  • @TigerEyeJewel

28 Weeks Later is awful and a complete insult the the brilliant original. But the music is mainly awesome because John Murphy did it.

  • Love this...Avatar teaser music.. Woohooo :)

  • freaking amazing. :)

  • I wish the actual AVATAR soundtrack was like this instead of being very "traditional".

  • yeah me too! the experience would've been even more intense!

  • @Jammed9000

    I completely agree.

  • @Jammed9000

They used music from this movie for the Avatar Teaser.

  • @Jammed9000

Even though, the movie just overwhelms the music, it's so great that you forget to pay attention to it.

  • from my point of view the music in the film was the only bad thing. i love to hear the music. it's something that i consider very important

  • have posted this in the other Helicopter chase link, but this sounds even more like Death in Vegas's Leather, watch?v=BaNVkW5Lzqo

  • this is the avatar trailer music?

  • Part of it, at least for trailer one. The other two songs are Crowd Breaks Out and Fire Bombing London, also from 28 Weeks Later.

  • yes they used this track in the trailer

  • John Murphy is amazing

  • this will go great while playing L4D or L4D 2!

  • Most of John Murphy's stuff would be perfect for L4D or Half-Life.

  • Thats why I just downloaded a 28 days later Soundpack for L4D xD

  • lol omg in HL3 they should have his music!!

  • @RebellionLord John Murphy, Marty O'Donnel, Hans Zimmer, and Kelly Bailey are some of the best soundtrack composers of all time

  • @infinitideagames Amen to that.

  • @infinitideagames danny elfman - the hulk theme is also truly amazing, but john murphy is in my opinion totally out of this planet.

  • @RebellionLord Indeed brother.

  • @RebellionLord Easy just listen to the music while you play left 4 dead or hal life

  • this song gives you that feeling of suspense building up till you cant take it no more.... thats why i like it...and it sounds like a sort of helicopter thing and all... I JUST LOVE IT

  • I think it was better in Avatar.

    alot better.

  • I agree!

  • Wow this song gets me pumped

  • Sounded good in Avatar.

  • I liked the one in the Avatar trailer better, because they toned down some of the noises in there.

  • Where can i get an MP3 for this song ? and not off 28 weeks later soundtrack because that is "helicopter Chase" and its only about 1:40

  • download it from youtube?

  • How?

  • type in google "download song from youtube" or something like that. There are tons of you tube download software on the net

  • just would, especially on Dead Air and No Mercy

  • its a litte bit like half life op. force!! GREAT

  • Awesome song. But I prefer the version they used in the Avatar trailer. Felt less suspenseful.

  • I'm pretty sure they didn't alter the song at all for the trailer. They both sound the same to me.

  • Not saying the Avatar version has easy-to-spot differences, but I think the constant guitar riff from 0:32 to 1:11 felt aTINY little bit more high-pitched and amped up. And it didn't have some of the tension-enducing sounds like, for example, the one that starts at 1:00 to 1:11. I don't know, I guess those subtle differences made this one a bit too suspenseful, at least more than in the Avatar trailer (even if it has some heartbeat sounds added in).

  • ah ok, I see what you mean.

  • this soundtrack was released in 2007

  • 28 Weeks later cane out waayyyy before 2009. Avatar isnt even out yet.

  • are you stupid? John Murphy composed this for 28 weeks later. Avatar later got a reworked version for there up and coming movie and decided to use it for the trailer

  • Lol...Youre the retard here.28 weeks later came out 2007 and this was in it (the movie and the offical soundtrack CD)This osng was used for Avatar trailer. Not the first time something like this has been done...

  • @rishi851 28 weeks later was in 2007 you dip!

  • Avatar trailer music!

  • From which part it's Avatar music? When does it start?

  • starting from :32 is when Sam worthington comes off the dropship, and the blue people jumping around should be 1:50

  • Wasn't it also used when they are driving away from the gunship in the abandoned car?

  • been a while since I watched the film, but I think its from the point that the Doyle gets burned to the apache (gunship) chasing them through the streets, and ends at the tunnel.

  • john murphy is AMAZING! doesn any1 knwo wher eoyu cna find out more info about him? eg like a personal website?

  • he's on facebook:

    john murphy - film composer

  • 28 weeks later is great

  • Awsm!!!! :D :D

  • OMG this is Awesome!!!

  • Awesome!!!!!!
