Ya, I got one. It was 1.5 TB with 3 year data recovery service for $255 shipped. If you order the same drive from there site with shipping and all it comes out to about $370. I feel like I stole it!

Do they realize destroyed hard drive data recovery costs thousands of dollars? It's not like the files just got deleted.

I think that the lesson to learn from ioSafe is that they will HELP YOU RECOVER YOUR DATA. I can't find a single other hard drive maker that will offer me $1000 if my drive fails.

We would... but we were actually using the 16x9 feature on our Sony PD-170 and then upconverting to 720p. It took a long time to render and ate up a lot of space. I think we'll wait until we move over to a HD shop. :(

Thanks bunnydrumming... we had a blast at CES... but now we're all exhausted! I haven't even been responding to comments because it's been a drill of "Wake up at 7:00am, run the show till 6:00pm, go to the press functions will 10:00pm, edit video till 2:00am" --- Fun, but I'm glad it only happens once a year!
