you sir are amazing for uploading this. takes me back to an amzing night. i was sitting next to where clowns side of the stage was. best show ive seen by far.
oh. i got 6 in Nature, 6 in Music, 6 in english, 4 in norwegian, 4/3 in German, and the rest is 4's and 3's.
if you don't know what numbers is in grades, it's the norwegian system. i live in norway. 6 is the best, and 1 is the worst. in other words, 6 means A++
fucking sic from start to end.. you just have to love slipknot. "ps. you should see my room.. not one free spot cause of the posters+ shirts ;) hahhaha"
Yeah looking upon the comments Slipknot isn't as crazy as they used to be but also they've been touring a long time now. So I mean they got to be beat to some point :P And also I'm sure the crowd more than makes up for it. Hahaha and honestly corey's voice does sound very different but there's this....new intensity with his fading voice, or is it just me? Haha anyway stay (SIC) maggots.
Actually, there's a lot of things they can't do now because they're prohibited by law. Like setting themselves on fire, jumping off of balconies, throwing objects around the stage and the like. It's hard to be insane with a major record label, because eventually you'll get the dreaded "Do Not" list from the executives. Mick even complained about that in an interview. He said that it seems like every year there's something new added to that list.
they were on this label since they kicked asses back in 1999! so that´s not the reason they got more calm! anyhow, do you know where to find this mick interview? thanks
Yeah, that was back then when they were just starting out and making a name for themselves. Roadrunner allowed it because it drew huge crowds, but once Slipknot established themselves as virtual "cash cows", the "Execs" decided that they were far too valuable to be allowed to put themselves in danger like that. That's where the "Do Not" list comes into play. Roadrunner doesn't care beyond the fact that if one of the band members gets himself killed, they lose a lot of money.
well, I don´t think you are right. they don´t need to prove it anymore and a lot of aggression is gone so some of the members (like paul) are a way more laid back and don´t give 100% like in the past.
I may not be right, but based on what I've seen and what I know of the music industry, it's the most plausible explanation. In fact, it's virtually the only one that makes any sense at all.
@Bahomar These guys also aren't the youngsters they were when they started out. They have families and careers to think about now. Personally I'd rather have them put on an amazing show night after night that's not as hectic as their old stuff than risk getting injured and having to quit.
By the way, I was at this show. Looks like I was sitting right near where you were, actually. Amazing night. Thanks for uploading.
yes, without doubt its understandable that their concert are not as sick and intense as they used to be anymore. one of the reasons it the large stage as well, so the band members dont interact with each other that much anymore.
As for the interview, I found it on IGN while I checking around on Google to see if Mick had any side projects going or planned for the future. I believe it was part of a set that included interviews with Jim and Corey as well.
they are getting more lame on stage now the cd's are getting softer... 5 Years ago they were so much crazyer on stage, now they look like every other band out there except they are with 9 ppl instead of 5.
cool, die leute sind sehr aufgeschlossen und direkt - ich mag das. die städte in welchen ich auf dieser tour war sind aber uninteressant und kein schöner anblick!

It is all metal. I can think of no other genre where the "fans" are so intolerant of the bands IN THAT GENRE!
