Tim's comments and advice and knowledge is spot on. As a coffee roaster my self I found all of what Tim had to say was correct. I would suggest maybe those who make non qualified rebukes should first upload a video them selves.

to bad you want a roast between a 11 and 14 minute time span always u end up baking it over roasting
