@MithG98 Really? your suppose to have 100. You can only upgrade it if you use an item like beer to temporarily increase your health

@Lazysgames It doesn't matter towards the pacifist achievement anyway as they didn't die by "Your Hand"

@WelshDub nope, you still get the achievement, although you lose a TON of experience for not rescuing them.
