  • it amazing that ali win even though he spend the whole time promoting the fight

  • There are two POVs about the fight. I heard Ali wanted his gloves cut off before the 15th and one boxing pundit said he thought Frazier won the fight and Ali's legs were gone by the 14th round and he probably couldn't even stand up in the 15th. Ali himself said it was worse than (close to) death. The same pundit said he saw Frazier enjoying himself after the fight while Ali could hardly move. All this a preamble to a question: were the 3 official score cards ever released & how were they scored?

  • i am so happy frazier did not came out in 15 because we would have get knocked down in 15

  • Ali is a interesting man!.

  • so there was a time when negroes dominated the heavyweights?

  • @andrelebaron what a comment man,for ppl like u our planet is suffering from racism.

  • apparently Ali wanted to quit at the end of 14 and his corner made him stay in.

in the other corner Frazier wanted to fight and the corner pulled him out.

  • Disgraceful from Ali yet he took Joe's money when he tried to help him out years earlier.

  • JimiGuitar: U need to re-take "Intro. to English 101". Sorry, but someone had to tell you...

  • NyyGyro: Ali neutrlzd Joe in #2 using "A. Durrel Sch. of Bxng" tcnque 1/2 of evry rnd-holdng/clnchng/dncng. Perez WIDELY crtczd by bxng wrld 4 allwng it-wldn't gt away w/ it 2day. • king ali

  • damn ali jynx his self at 4:54, either that or he a good predictor for what he be like as N old man.

  • PLEASE CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE IS THE NAME OF THE SOUNDTRACK PLAING IN THE BACKGROUND FROM 7.19

  • Hilarious some interviewers trying to be as showbiz as Ali, almost trying to patronise him...very bad idea..the greatest entertainer ever, the funny thing is when he said he was "going to Manila for war" - he wasnt lying

  • 1:44 if only floyd mayweather was like....the world would be a better place :D

  • ali was so great. Frazier was also so big. Thats what old boxing was about.

But Ali wasd really the greatest. After he won Liston, Frazier and Foreman he also had a wonderful fight with Shavers. And then when everybody thought he was down - he won L. Spinks and become champion for the 3rd time.

A great of 15 years in HW. With all these oponenents. THE BEST...

  • wow 900 damm all that blood joe spits :S

  • Can you imagine watching this on TV?! It's the best promo ever haha. It would get you so pumped and excited.

  • Frazier Ali first fight, and Ali Frazier third fight........best boxing matches in history. In the first fight, Frazier showed his best form ever. In the third fight, Ali, an aging champ, seemed to have gotten better at this point, but not phenomenol as he was at the time of his Liston bouts.

  • @2242bzo In their second bout Ali completely outboxed Frazier. Im surprised that bout is the least talked about of the three...maybe because Ali dominated basically almost every round...what do you think?

  • @capablemachine IOIOI trashtalker

  • the best thing about this fight is ali making fun of fraziers speach and making fun of him during the fight frazier came back to him 20 years later a said who talks funny now ali so fuck you ali dont make fun of people not nice

  • According to wikipedia, both ali and frazier said Ari Louis was the best fight ever.

  • Then Wikipedia is seriously wrong, Ali would never say that. He said Sugar Robinson was the best pound for pound, but in the heaveights, I'm the greatest.

  • GREATEST FIGHT OF ALL TIME

  • Actually, Joe Frazier was better looking than Muhammad Ali.

    Frazier was handsome.

    Ali was pretty.

And Joe Frazier is still handsome.

  • hahahhahahahahahahahahahhaha. frazier , good looking , hahahhahahahha. watch the thrilla in manila doc , frazier actually looks like a gorilla in that doc. I know he's old but honestly there is a part where he does look like a gorilla. Frazier wasn't a bad loooking guy but ali was really good looking. Ali onyl said and done the things he done because he wanted to beat him mentally , and it was meant to promote the fights.

  • What are you a faggot?

  • haha, I'm not into guys but i can't imagine Frazier ever to be handsome, certainly not now.

  • lol. no way. check out ali in his mid 20's. far more sex appeal than joe.

  • Look the hit at 8:30. :D

  • Holy shit. Excellent. I never saw most of this stuff before, and I've been into the Ali/Frazier fights for years like a fanatic. Good job.

  • i have to give it to frazier he was a great fighter, i think that was the greatest fight in the world, he can take a lot of punches

  • You guys don't get it--Ali did this to all of his opponents in order to promote the fights and get more asses in the seats. When he insulted Henry Cooper, Cooper said, in later years that he wanted Ali to "keep insulting me, because it was going to make me more money." Also, it's an attempt to get a bit of an edge prior to the fight by making his opponents angry enough to make a mistake in the ring. It certainly worked with Foreman.

  • whats the record playing muhammad ali?

  • black people don't like being called "gorilla"

  • I thought that this was a good video until I saw that sausage jockey Sylvester Stallone. ARE YOU FOR REAL?! Why the fuck would I want to know what Sly thinks about Ali's greatness with that stupid Rocky poster behind him.

  • frazier would not have such a big name in boxing history if it were not for the fights against ali. frazier is the most bitter sportsman i've come across in my life, and the bad part is that he gets worse with age. he is simply jealous of ali.

its great when you see interviews with others boxers that fought ali. they all love and respect ali, even the ones that ali really beat up.

frazier has a huge ego problem. i used to respect him alot, but not anymore.

  • You cant understand frazier coz you've never been in his shoes.

Frazier helped ali financially and showed his supported when ali wasnt allowed to fight. What did ali do in return? Well when he was allowed to fight he insulted frazier. Calling him an uncle tom, a gorilla, he went to far trying to hype the fight.

How would you feel if you had helped a friend then he turns around and starts insulting you PUBLICLY and tries to get everyone to hate you.

Ali was racist back then and a hypocrite

  • i don't think its frazier or the 60 some fights ali partook in had anything to do that much with his condition, if it did, it was not that much, it was the sparring sessions that really took a toll on ali. During the later part of his career, ali purposely wanted to get beat up by his sparring partners, just to toughen himself up to take a bunch better, thats what most likely caused his condition, ali may of had 60 some fights, but he had thousands of sparring sessions.

  • it's gonna be a killah,and a chillah, and a thriller in manila. ali

  • alis last 2 fights hurt him very bad homes hurt him bad not frazier

  • sly stallone is a joke. a fucking joke.

  • ali is a entertainer

  • Ali never got Frazier down.

  • frazier never ko'd or tko'd ali.

  • thats like saying white girl dont perfer black long dicks

  • Frazier only decked Ali once but Ali won 2 fights, which would you prefer ?

  • Frazier never cruelly mocked Ali with offensive remarks after the opponent had loaned him money and supported his right to fight,

  • yeah the gorilla in manila.

this gorilla left you almost paralyze and speechless after the fight...

  • That's true. It is largely because of Frazier that Ali is in the condition he is today.

  • your an idiot... parkinsons happens to millions of ppl arround the world! so its not caused by boxing douchebag

    ali #1

  • It's fairly common knowledge that blows to the head can contribute to the likelihood of Parkinson's and that is the general belief about how Ali got there. It's something that particularly affects many boxers who've taken severe beatings.

It's "you're," by the way, not "your."

  • No ur wrong doctors doesn't really know the exact cause of Parkinsons but taking blows from the head is rulled out as a cause because of the thousands of others who has the disease had never been struck in the head or anything related. Doctors are agreeing it is highly possible that its genetic which leaps from the family tree, Go search it up,

Boxing does not contribute to Parkinson disease at all.

  • I did search... boxing does not necessarily result in Parkinson's nor is it the only cause, however it does result in "pugilistic dementia," which I think afflicted Sugar Ray Robinson.

  • Ali's showmanship and promotion led up to a sensational third fight. Frazier put up a far greater performance than many people expected after both his crushing KO to Foreman + comprehensive points loss to Ali in 1974. Understandably many people don't like the third fight because it was simply too hard. After the 12th round it was a brutal slug out with both men exhausted, fighting through pain+ on instinct. In hindsight both men should have retired soon after such a long and punishing contest...

  • The greatest fight I have ever seen. To the guys who say Ali might not of been able to go on ..he would have gone on forever to get the win. Two great champions!

  • relton peolton lmao hahaha... "take it cause its good, mainly its for free" hahaha

  • He saw right through Norman Gunstons game haha!

  • WHAT A MURDEROUS FIGHT!!!!!

  • tell about it i still like to watch it

  • i bet they curse each other mentally every time they cant remember where they left the remote control

  • No one has ever created so much fun & joy like Muhammad Ali did. And he was a nice person to meet as well. What a strong man too! He fought Ken Norton 3 months after he fought the worlds no.1 restler in Japan in 1976. Ali wasnt even at his best when he fought Norton the second time let alone the 3 fight they had. They all run up their mouth when Ali was finished as a fighter. They didnt do it when he was in his prime, not even Larry Holmes who beat a very faded Ali.

  • @sparkermansw9 Yeah Ali never actually lost in his prime. And they took away Ali for almost 4 years of his prime. When he came back he became more human and thats why he lost. And still avenged all of those losses. Except the last two when he was 40 years old and had early signs of Parkinson Syndrome.

  • @vladiator100 would u eat ali s poop?

  • gorilla in manilla! LOL

  • back in the days when the best fought the best

  • Greatest of all Time

  • You can't take Ali seriously. He may be the greatest promoter in the world. I think a lot of people think Ali is serious but he is to use an old boxing expression "putting asses in seats". A real character and the G.O.A.T.

  • I love this fight, not only the closest to death for both men but it was a fight that tested how much heart they have, beyond stamina and endurance. There are not many fighters today that can compete at that kind of pace for 15 round fights.

  • Theres nobody that can compete at that level Tyson would not make that kind fight last ...

  • Joe Frazier is just so damn tough.

  • does sombody know what the title of the song is that ali is playin at minute 6:05??

  • Goddamn that was funny! Ali was and is hilarious! Especially in regards to Joe Frazier!

  • man the thrilla in amnila was the greatest fight ever

  • did u no joe fraizer used to be a buthcer and trained on heavy meat carcuss he was an amazing fighter but there is a better fighter than them both...sugar ray robinson watch his p4p vid he did, best left hook in history, enter in "ray robinson p4p profile" even ali admitted he was a legend, but ali got a bit cocky aswell, as normal...

  • That's true.He and Frazier drove from Philadelphia to NYC and Ali asked Joe could he record their conversation cause he was doing an autobiography. I remember reading Frazier said yes,"but as long as you don't change a dam thing". It's in the autobiography "The Greatest". And Frazier did ask if he need some money and if i'm not mistaken Frazier did lend him several hundred that day on their way to NYC.

  • What hurt Frazier was that he was very kind to Ali when Ali was banned from boxing. He gave him money and friendship. I always say the only thing you can count on from people is disapointment.

  • I know what you mean about disappointment, but really Ali liked Joe, and had respect for Frazier. Who didn't respect Frazier or Ali? You might not like their actions, but as fighters man, they are the bomb.
