  • @FunIsLife16 It's called a Sole Circle or Stoop Circle. You squat on and circle around and land standing on the bar.(:

  • @nmd556 when you open to the handstand, keep a straight body rather than arching. If you are keeping a straight bac, then just open up a little bit later and it should hit a handstand.

  • ive been having trouble with my free hips. i dont think i am dropping my shoulders when i go back. but when i do, i kinda stop in the middle and end up slamming my hips to the bar. any advice?

  • omg me to but my problem is im not opening in my shoulders and im not fully opening my arms its like i stop

  • open ur shoulder angle quicker THEn you wont hit ur hips on the bar
