Dr.Doom is a true testament to a time when villains were actually something to be feared! The villains we see today are just good or close to great at best. If anyone wondered why people like my father have such high standrads for villains, look to Dr.Doom. That says it all.

@Ninja07Keaton i was always a fan of the heartless of villains, that's why my username is based from the Shredder from TMNT but the 2003 version why he's just as heartless as Doom and that's no exaggeration, neither of these guys show mercy of any kind, they'll both even murder their own henchmen if the heroes don't kill them, and like Doom Shredder also had the powers of a god numerous times, imagine if they formed a syndicate, they would be unstoppable

When hearing this I for one can't help but picture scenes like the one starting at 0:22.

Doom resting in his castle with all of his henchmen plotting his next scheme of world conquest.

Regal,authoritarian,and powerful.

With added technological and magical elements.

I think this theme fits Doom just fine!

@OrbitZombie I agree! This theme is perfect for Doom in every way. The theme has a very calm, yet powerful feel to it...very calculating, then it picks up into a more aggressive tune. I think his is the best remix on the soundtrack so far. All of the rest are kinda depressing. Spidey's is cool too, second to this.

Well think of this as the national anthem of Latveria.

Maybe Doom wants his people to see him as a hero.

Hence his anthem sounding heroic.

Think of what real life dictators do.

They try to pass themselves off as great heroes,super-humans and god's to their people. Of course the majority of the population don't believe any of it but they pretend to so they don't get imprisoned or killed.

Though in Dooms case he IS super-human.
