i think that the number is not real either it is skewed as transgender is not specific its a umbrella term which leads to total confusion of those who transition to trans and would never part with theyre genitals and those who transition to male or female because they have the medical condition ie brain sex that causes so much pain that they need to become theyre true self/sex any means necessary called transsexulism

that's the problem. Too many of us might in fact be motivating otherwise sexually confuse individuals. You see, there are two reasons that suicide is high among transsexuals. The first is the life we live, and the pressure and discrimination we receive just for being ourselves. The other is because some of us really may not be transgendered persons, and the outlook of returning to our old lives seems so dim, it might as well be blinding darkness. Thus leading to a conclusion of final peace.
actually i think the reason why suicide is so high is because once most of us realize that were trans ( im talking about pre-op here) we want everything now like FFS, SRS, hormones, things like that... when its really this long process that is going to take a while but it seems like were never going to get it done
Suicide accounts for real trans women, and even the over-lap of pre-op (identified) trans-women. But about for those who are non-ops, and who have finished with FFS, Breast Aug, etc? The truth is, there cannot logically be so many natural trans-women on this earth. There has to be an explanation in it. And yes, it could be diet, or environmental pollution, but I am one inclined to believe it really is a symptom of cancerous society.

That what is expected of men is no longer as stable as with women? ie..metrosexuality. Lastly, young boys in the pre gang or loosely termed homosexual period of childhood development between 4 and 11 years of age gravitate towards a femininity because its more definitive?
Well, I am not entirely sure what you mean, but if I am close, I would say that yes, the male image has taken quite a beating in recent years, and the inclination to gravitate towards feminine behaviours, nuances, etc, has thus also increased. But that is not the whole story, now is it?
Disregarding the images we see in the mainstream media, there is also familial distance, a rise in sexual expression (e.g. provocative dress), and a greater availability of pornography. All of it accumulative!
it is not so much a problem, thought it does concern me. I really do not think that nature would create so many of us, and in the same generation. Something is very much out of balance here, and I am quite convinced it is rooted at the heart of a broken American family.
Make no mistake. I am not elitist, nor anti-trans. I just have to wonder just how much of this due to the natural course of things, and how much of it is a symptom of a broken society.

Dear as you said there are groups in the world but there should be awareness created amoungst the masses about trangenderism. There should be social awareness adverts on tv about transgenders.
Quite right. With traditional family and religious structures largely dying out, young people are looking for stability in any "lifestyle"/culture they can attach themselves too, however extreme.
