  • what kind of feedback do you want? you only show some jab/cross combos, and 5 sec clips of you conditioning. can't really evaluate any of your training, except to say your cross your feet when you move around and dont sprawl when your oppenent clinches.

  • @svninchwushu - its a highlight clip, its not really meant for evaluating. I put it together to share with a specific online community and to post on my website.

crossing your feet is not as big a deal as people make it as long as it's done with the right timing/spacing you don't need to sprawl under san da rules. You only get two seconds to complete a take down or throw, and sprawling outside of a sport setting is not the best idea, so overall its not something I would train.

  • @fallingleaveskungfu : you wrote " feedback is appreciated" so i thought you meant in reference to your training. I teach sanda, dont know what u mean about not needing to sprawl under sanda rules, you lose two points if you get taken down- so sprawling is def. one of the most important and basic takedown defense. Also, Ive never heard that sprawling wasnt a good idea outside of sort combat. getting taken down on your opponents terms, esp on concrete is super dangerous and def. not advised.

  • @svninchwushu - at times its over played, but there is a difference between sport and combat. Tying yourself up with one opponent while his buddy puts a pool cue to the back of your head is no bueno. Sprawling is definitely a sport move.
