For all we know some Malkavians could really love Classic music, Techno, Japanese Rock, Pop or whatever, its a really, really minimal part of ones personality or outlook on the world.
Besides, with so many different kind of people being drawn into the Malkavian clan I am very sure that some would love this music.
Myself for once, I prefer Malkavians aswell, I listen mostly to classic, but I like most kinds of music, including this one from 1 minute in it to the end of it, before that its kinda sketchy for me.
Not to say that your views are wrong, they are just -to general- abit like saying everyone from Germany listens to Rammstein or hates some other band.

This is more Brujah than anything. Maybe even Gangrel but it doesn't feel quite like a Malkavian tinted song. Interesting though.
