the abba code stop working after you kill the corpse at the end of the earlier level & if you don't hurry and blow forward the stairs you're screwed.
Dammit me & my best friend played this game way back when were kids and we had no idea that a stair was hidden so we died & game over. SNK You fucking sadistic game company :/

Infinite lives for NES version. All you have to do is when you are down to your last life and you die just press A B B A and you get new set of lives. That's how I completed this game. Took me and my buddy like 3 hrs such a long boring game but man I miss the 80's

hmmm... 'You have accomplished the mission' -> 'You have completed a great game'... 'You are the very prevalier that protect right and justice' -> 'And prooved the justice of our culture'... 'Take good rest!' -> 'Now go and rest our heroes!'... heh, maybe activision take that horrible ending from here and added bad 'grammer' to it... or was the other way around? Who knows.
