try to feed the (clasified)material slower you have no riffles to slow and create an eddy effect or down current to alow the Au to settle.this is an awesome design adnd have been watching progress and is is a well thought of piece of equip.I will post a (doodlebugger)homemade hydraulic concentrator I threw together later.I used miners moss with hungarian riffles on bottem and ribbed rubber matting with lath over it on top it preforms gr8,but not as well as yours...

you should of classified the bags, it would of made it a lot easer and faster on the box , does look like a kick ass set up though
