i love basic cultures that know what they are and prefer to stay that way. they can survive for thousands of years, while our americanized culture consumes everything and is reliant on everything unnatural now.
power bars arent the same as an energy drink. its just to give you sugars for immediate energy and for a couple hours, but it doesnt raise your metabolism. your root might be effective, dont get me wrong, but ask a white man about Double Shot Expresso and Red Bulls, you might just rethink which energy drink is more powerful. or maybe youd like to try some guarana, youll be up for days and praying to go to sleep.
