just got back today. lol. im from troop 223. mike lanning is my leader and bredenback is part of the troop. we own that damn place. we have multiple dedications to our members every year. lol. bredenbeck helped me teach rowing and mike is just awesome. breech and his huuuge ass yacht are part of the troop too. lol. greg schem dock. my first patrol leaders dad,. lol. awesome place tho. next time u go. try to figure out just how much is from 223.
This is by far my favorite scout camp. I've been here twice and I am hoping my troop will go again. Last time I went, back in '05, we saw so many deer, and I got to do the Aquarist program, so I got to catch fish and a couple of round stingrays, of course the little black fish ate the minnows we put in with them. AT this camp, the food is actually good in comparison to some of the others I've been to. I'm also hoping I might be able to do staff next summer.
My friend works at emerald bay for the first quarter every year. War Canoe is the shit.
