Abes has yet to beat a true SMW and Froch is actually a natural LHW (just ask Pascal) so the pwnage was kind of inevitable to anyone who bothers to watch all of a fighters fights and doesn't just speak from the heart.. The only worry for Froch was that Abes got a lucky punch as he is one of the most one dimensional fighters since the Rocky films . Abes needs to go back down to MW and fight smaller men.
