If you want your sims to have a budget of over $20,000 just move a family into an empty lot and enter the cheat "Motherlode" it automatically gives your family $50,000 and you can do it as many times as you want. If you didn't know how to open the cheat box just press control, shift. c on your keyboard

Nice building man. However dont you think the glass towers would contribute to overheating and glare as there is no shading devices. And there is a lot of unnecessary land movement which would use a lot of embodied energy. Dont get me wrong I do like the house however there would be changes if I had my way.
