Personalmente non ho mai avuto preferenze verso una tecnica precisa. Mi piacciono tutte! Il punto, secondo me, è che la musica va ascoltata prima di tutto, e poi "guardata"... Mi spiego: per me è da valutare solo se ciò che ascoltiamo ci piace: nel suono, nella melodia, nel groove, etc., indipendentemente da come l' esecutore esegue!

Quindi se il mio brano ti piace, vuol dire che il mio lavoro va nella giusta direzione! Grazie ancora. Ciao!

Purtroppo il nostro strumento è stato ultimamente inflazionato dal punto di vista tecnico...Mi spiego meglio: ultimamente gran parte delle cose che ascolto e che vedo sono degne del Circo Togni (o di Merano...); a me la musica PIACE dal punto di vista artistico...non tanto dal lato "atletico"...eheh

Sono d'accordo con te Fabio. Il problema è che per far "suonare" uno strumento ci vogliono cuore ed esercizio, maturità artistica ed umana. Non sono così presuntuoso da pensare di avere tutte queste doti... anzi... ma certo è che prima anche solo di pensare di mettermi a comporre brani come solista ho atteso di sentirmi pronto. Sono passati 14 anni da quando ho cominciato a suonare. Ho atteso, e nel frattempo studiato e avuto band. Gli "atleti" dovrebbero forse fare lo stesso. Ciao!

Per la tecnica del tapping è necessario, a mio avviso, lavorare molto con il giusto suono, per una resa chiara e ben definita, poichè aiuta molto nello studio e quindi anche nello sviluppo del tocco. In questo senso il mio basso e il preamp con cui registro mi danno una grossa mano, oltre ovviamente al duro lavoro di studio quotidiano!!

My influences are varied, but for all my compositions with tapping technique, my inspirations are Wooten, Stu Hamm and especially Michael Manring,

but in general, in all the music that I listen, i try to find something that can inspired me for a new song.

Rispondo ad albero100: ho comprato il basso che vedi nel video pochi mesi fa e al negozio non hanno saputo dirmi quali corde montasse; Cmq ho altri bassi, sui quali monto ErnieBall 0.45 e anche se la marca non posso dire che sia la stessa, la scala e' quella, altrimenti mi troverei male. Per cio' che riguarda l'action io c'e' l' ho praticamente rasoterra: cosi' ho un attacco immediato per il tapping e piu' facilita' a suonare in generale.
