It actually depends on which server you play in, for instance I play Cabal PH so it's slow but if you play in a private server, the exp rate would be fast. try elite cabal. I used to play there.

bad santa is so easy... i killed him in lvl 60 without using any FA or FS for heal, just me and the ol` potions :) i think i did it in about 3 mins and he was really easy... everyone is killing him around 50-70 (atleast trying to) :)
