Im going to avoid the Top Gun jokes, but props for making a bass cover in a flight suits. Ima Geddy Lee nerd and his style attacks the strings like pile drivers, you get an interesting tone like that. It has also made me a more confident player in that hitting the strings so hard makes you really have to commit to the notes. You certainly are smooth enough, I think you oughta check out a few Rush vids and try it.
