i first heard of afi in 98, i always wished to see them live.. i got the chance to do it 2 years ago, hoping they would sing all their old stuff but around the same time i read an interview where davey said they were done with the old stuff and moving on to new sounds... that day i lost all respect for the new afi..

i hope davey didnt say that..ive never had to much respect for jade because at times i think he was the down fall of this band, but he did write a bunch of black sails which is my favorite cd so who knows...jade did say "The AFI that played misfit covers is done for good" or somthing, that pissed me off
