I've seen where some of the other guys doing covers are running their guitar/bass through the pedals and straight into the line input on their sound cards (don't ask me how...never done it) and they're super crisp. You get that figured out and you'll be set. Good job on the cover...it ain't got to be perfect to be good.

You've gotta completely ignore what everything else is playing and just focus on what the bass line goes like lol.

I found, at first, the guitar threw me way off..because the bass plays the same thing (for the intro anyway) while the guitar plays something entirely different. Just block it out, it gets easier trust me.

It's a lot easier if you listen to the drums. Lock with the bass drum and the snare in this song and you're set. 99% of the time the bass and drums work together, since they make up the rhythm section of the band. It just takes practice. Nice job though.

Not if the drums aren't playing in time with the bass, if it's not in standard timing or the bass/drums aren't playing the same timing I find it easier just to completely focus on just the bass.

For the most part, the drums do play with the same timing as the bass, but there are parts where they take a different beat, so you're right about that. But when the bass plays the main riff the first few times, it's the same rhythm.
