@TheBestEVER4LIFE No....actually the best example of prayer is set by our Prophet Muhammad SAW, whereby his one rakaah (unit of prayer) can take as long as 1 hour or more...so the best prayer should take more than one hour per rakaah.

@TheBestEVER4LIFE no thats only a part of the prayer. each prayer is about 2 to 20 mins depends of the person and depends on how long the ayahs that you recite are

@TheBestEVER4LIFE average is about 10 min ,, its true the porphets pray would continue for a longer time ,, but allah says he doesnt place a burden on a person more then he can bare so we recite only as much as we can ,, but this surah is the fatiha wich we say at the begining of every cycle of postration

u c agi fie dien this allone is a wonder, no 1 no 1 worships gods execpt the muslims i'll give u an explanation why. THe jews say ezra is the son of god the christians say jesus peace be upon him is the son of god. The hindus worship statue's cow's budda also statue's of the way of life of budda etc. BUT WHO WHO worships god above his thrown in heaven????
