This isn't professional, If you are working with a model, You still need to use product in the hair to protect it from heat.
Don't demonstrate the wrongs with a curling iron especially at 1:19.
You Always need to protect the hair with some kind of heat protectant, no matter how healthy the hair IS because, the Model looks like you're going to torture her hair!!! If you're going to at least demonstrate the wrongs with a curling iron, USE A HEAT PROTECTANT.
