i can rhape lance its just the problem is tthose dragonnites i have blizzard.. for some reason the lvl 50 dragonite isnt a problem its just when those other 2 are out i get screwed prolly cause of the pokemon im using im trying to get the raikuo and i have no luck... help me

im pissed at myself now.....all i used was typhlosion in my battles in the gyms and its at LV.67 i have a Lv.40 Raiku Lv.53 Ho-oh and those are my strongest pokemon D: i only have 3 and for some reason i cant catch horsea to evolve it into seadra then into kingdra. ive looked all aver the place in the whirl islands..and no good luck anytips on where yo catch horsea besides the whirl islands?

@MadisonNicole001 Umm.....the only place where you can get wild Horsea (or Seadra) in the whole game is Whirl Islands only....It shouldnt be that rare....Were you just walking walking or you surfed?

i have beated the first 2 of the elite four.. i used Ho oh: ( example 1/10 means 1 left) Fire Blast 1/5 Sacred Fire 2/5 Extrasensory 28/30 Ho-oh was good at the first of the elite then i used Togetic + Ho-oh to kill the 2. i just losed: 22 hp of Ho-oh ( 176/198 ) 73hp of Togetic (80/153) i got with my: Togetic ho-oh tyhplosion entei drowzee and gyrados

@mcwalakn So now you have 3 Fire types and what's the point of it......If you're using Ho-oh mainly for Extrasensory, fine. Probably you'll get through the third elite easily too.

lucky you. i beat him but it was like the 7th time AND i was super lucky. i have like a level 56 red gyrados, 55 level togetic, 53 level ampharos and hydra, ho-oh, and i forgot all level like 58 or something. :((

My levels now:

Tyhplosion: (before 63) now 67

HO OH (before 48) now 52

Togetic(named it Tori) (before 41) now 55

Gyarados (before 30) now 36

Quilava (before 20) now 32 ( i bought it from a friend so i got 2 of em)

Drowzee ( i was not taking it with me but i heard it had: Hynosis and Disable)

@mcwalakn Oh my this is not good at all. You better replace one of your Flying type Pokemons. I remember you cant evolve Togetic yet so get it away and train Gyarados. I dont know how useful you think Ho-oh is but I dont think it's that necessary as well. You'll be owned by rock type.

Anyway, as I said, train Gyarados up to at least 45. It should be difficult as you managed to train Typhlosion to that high. Ice Fang is a MUST. Then choose either Waterfall (accurate, flinch, weaker) or Aqua Tail.

@mcwalakn You have a friend who can trade you Pokemons. Ask him/her to help you evolve an Alakazam and get it up to around 42 to 45. Psychic is a must. It'll be very useful against the second and third elite so you can save some PPs on Lance.

Only way to restore life and PP inside the League is through items only. Get a whole bunch of Hyper Potions, Full Restore and Revive. For the PP recovery ones, you cant buy them so I rarely use them. (Guess you spend Ho-oh's PP fast right.....?)

but my Tyhplosion got: blast burn and eruption theyr 5 PP each same with Ho-Oh 5 PP each :\ so i dunno what to do :\ i had killed it if i had more PP..

@OMGitzME44 Level up your Gyarados more and learn Ice Fang if it hasnt. It'll be useful on the dragons. Level up the Ampharos more as well. At least make it level 43 to 45.

how did you train your ampharos and will a seel's ice beam work? is there any other pokemon that can learn ice beam?

@audreywsun Electric Pokemons can be trained simply at the sea, plus trainer rematch of course. Seel may not work that well unless your level is high enough. After all its sp. attack isnt that high so Dragonite will have a chance to strike back.

@Leeeeeeeee99 Or Ice Punch if you have confidence. In old GS I used Jynx to ice-punch all of the Dragonites.

Avalanche works wonders on those Dragonite. It works best if you get hit first because it then does twice the damage. Just be careful if you're using a water type. Dragonite can learn Thunder. Make sure they're at a high enough level so they won't get KO'd in one hit.
