Google it, there are plenty of places you can legally get it from. & you'll be putting money in the pockets of the artist(s) involved so they actually have an incentive to carry on making music!

OR... you could buy tunes from mp3 stores/direct from the labels, so the artists involved actually receive money for their hard work? A quick google of the track in hand brings up a link to the DJ Download store where you can get the track for £1.10 - so there's really no excuse not to buy it.
