I remember that my first time playing through I had a fully tuned 911 turbo and I had over 900k but less than 1 mil and my only rivals left were a few wanderers and one of them required me to have over 3mil. I was so mad because it would take me forever to get that money back and it took me such a long time to

get where I am. So unfortunately, I restarted the whole game and now i hate wanderers. Picky bastards....

I got lucky when i beat the charisma. He went too fast and ran into too many vehicles. And he was still ahead of me when i won.

same i beat him i got 9 million now... i beat him in most expensive skyline.. class A ... I fully tuned it and I beat him second time, he ran into every thing ! now i gotta beat all the wanderers and finish final boss with the skull logo and it says ??? so im not sure were he will appear, have you beat him?

bad news for me dude. i lost this game about a month ago and still cant find it... and no, i cant remember beating that guy. Man.. if only they were still making this game. good luck finding him btw :)

Actually I got him to appear and make sure u have a good car because his datsun z is no joke! U haveto have a car above 958 hp or else ull get smoked.

Porsche 911 Turbo

Do the mile glitch and fully tune it

it gets around 1,000hp and is the best accelerating car in the game (aside from the Devil Z, but that thing is just h4x)

lol u can take the fastest car in the game. any zodiac car or anything SPECIAL tuned it is still shit compared to the acceleration of his datsun.

NO 911 will catch up to that best to race him on the c1.
