no it was actual footage. The guy died, his friends and family allowed the footage to be used to prevent other similar incidents happening.. was in the newspaper about it;
@zKa0sz if it was real they wouldnt be allowed to put it on TV... also ppl who from the company tht put tht ad out came to my school years ago and told us about it
Well, it's an advert for crossing the road... You're a grade A moron for saying "Fake" well, what else do you think it would be? You honestly think they'd actually run somebody over for an advert on the TV? You fucking idiot.
its so funny that there are ppl arguing the point the point that this is real haha, when like i remember him buying a new tv and playstation with the pay check HAHAHAHAHA
this advert really gets to me know. my friend died 4 weeks ago because of a drink driver, he pushed someone else out of the way who he was crossing with to save her. it was the worse thing ive ever had to witness him hitting the car and hitting the road on his head. he died instantly. its made us all realise how fragile life is. i will never get over loosing him and that image of him hitting the car replays in my head all the time.
it just goes to show humans are as thick as 4k even smart cats get caught out why have we got a law prohibiting loud exhaust they draw ur attention so therefore makes u more aware the last thing to die in ur brain is ur hearing BUT REGARDLESS STILL RUN THE SPUNKBAG HOODY OVER PLEASE
This country needs another ad like that. It's not just teenagers who need the message. Everyday I see adults crossing the road without looking because they're on their mobiles, and not focused on getting there safely. It's crazy.
it's real footage from one of the kids camera phones. they allowed 'think!', a road safety association, to use as an advert in britain to raise awareness amongst other teenagers.
But.... over 9,000 arrests for drink driving over Christmas which is not surprising when you see that EVERY break in a movie or program on freeview is an alchol advert. How on earth they get away with it i do not know. Last night one said 'Smirnoff and cranberry juice, perfect for watching the movie'
I find it more than disgusting they bombard people like that and especially when one second you are watching a film and the next nano second later a bottle of beer is in your face on the screen.
yes this is real fools! they want u to think omg! so they will show u real footage of how stupid it is not to look both ways when crossing roads and hope mabye fukin teenagers will think twice after seeing this video dahhhh!
i thoguht it'd b about the happy slappin phenomenon that's captured teens nowadays... well, atleast sometime back. but this was equally effective, imo.
as if this is real!!! haha i find it quite funny its obviously staged 'look at keiran pretty in pink?' wtf then they do a little gay dance yer teenagers do that
yer i do read the descriptions actually all im sayin is why make a video about 'road saftey' and then have twats doin a dance and goin on about 'pretty in pink'
Because it shows like a bunch of kids having a laugh and messing about and then one of them gets hit by a car, which I bet happens often. I don't care if it's staged or not, it's still a damn good advert.

for all those asking yes it is real footage, as I understand it the parents of the boy hit by the car allowed it to be used in the 'think' campaign

I don't think it can be real. Showing somebody knocked over like that is a bit too extreme for British television...
