  • I almost broke my back doing this. I even warmed up for 35 minutes.

  • For all of you guys saying your back hurts, You should ALWAYS warm up before you start bending/stretching. like every position, its almost always something to work up to as well. Start slow and listen to your body, you should feel some slight discomfort but if you feel pain, STOP!

    after backbending, you have to even out your spine as well, do some front bends. and vise versa.

  • This seems terribly unsafe for a beginner person learning yoga on their own

  • I can do this, but i try doing it without the wall & I fall on my head -_- & my back hurts too

  • we already did that and that didnt really help us. You shouldve sed to do a warm up first or something cause our backs hurt at that time.
