i dont tend to use a topcoat but a nail hardener on top of my nail varnish because it lasts longer, the nail hardener i use it the GOSH, but i dont think you can buy it in any stores un th U.S. so try ebay or something

In Asia the Garnier Roll-on thing comes in BB cream form so it's even thicker and acts as a great concealer.

I remember the original one has a light tint but the BB one is really pigmented and comes in 2 shades (light and normal). I love it, my new favourite concealer (and I love the cool feeling too!)

the little white spots, are milia - a salon lady told me it was pointing to a cream, or something I was using being too 'rich'.. they can 'extract' it for you in a salon. Kinda pinchy but worth it

Sally Hanson Hard As Wraps! You're supposed to put it under your nail polish but I use it on top as well, and it makes my nails look so shiny and they are a lot stronger since I started using it. And my polish never chips (:

Are you talking about cystic acne on your chin? It sounds like you are talking about what I had on my chin, I used PanOxyl which has Benzyl Peroxide in it and in a week it was all gone. It's really drying though but its worth it and if you use vitamn e or something with your moisturizer its fine! After it flakes a bit you are left with bump free skin and then I continued using it 3 times a week and have had no issues :)

Tracy, it is hard to get rid of whiteheads, despite exfoliating and keeping your skin clean. I recommend you go get you a facial by a qualified estetician. My estetician has also recommended that if the whitehead is surfacing, steam your face and then extract the whitehead VERY GENTLY using a metal extractor. As for top coats, i have tried many but I always go back to SECHE VITE. Pick some polish thinner; it works!
