    I have to say that its one of the best things I've done in my life. The question that I had was how to really determine the glycemic index?

    I'm finishing my BA in nutrition, and the GI charts vary from source to source. As an athlete I need to add more calories with out the unwanted benefits, and was hoping to hear your opinion. Also your opinion on sprouted breads (barley) would be great.
