  • Obamaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..next US President..Go Obama 08

  • tre

  • I am sick and tired listening to the same old republican rhetoric. Repulican candidates (Mitt Romney & John McCain) keep spreading fears about how the democratic values would not work. They talk about embracing Reagan's policy and apply it in this present time. But hey, time changes (and with my highest to respect to Pres. Reagan-RIP) I think they should realize that what works in Reagan's decade might not necessarily work this time. We need CHANGE. Change with full of common sense. GO OBAMA!

  • reminds me of Martin Luther King if he were running for president.

  • What a man! He gives me goose-bumps.

  • Now I know why Hillary is so pissed off---this guy is beyond awesome; he is channelling the spirit of Bobby Kennedy.

  • I'm not American either, but come on you guys, Vote for Barack - the WHOLE WORLD is in love with this guy!

  • i'm no american but please give the rest of the world a favor...make him US President.

  • Go Obama! vote for change.

  • Obama for President 08

  • Listen at 2:56 for the lady in the background "We Rock"

  • whether or not he can actually do all he claims (he can't, he knows that, but he wants to try), he represents hope and he wants to bring back true politics, not all the bullshit we've been in lately. he has my vote, that's for certain. we need him.

  • i dont know musician... presidents have alot of power... fdr, kennedy, etc... you just have to have the support of the people and anything is possible... thats the beauty of our country... if its used right.

  • he looks good American Vote for

    him plzz

  • Republicans call him a tax-and-spend liberal or just a loony liberal. Obama is short on experience but has better judgement and has a better way of saying it than I have ever seen. Hillary look out.

  • Every republican should really shut up when it comes to out of control spending. They had 6 years of the most out of control spending in human history. There are no real conservatives left in the republicans in america. They have been replaced by evangelical neo-cons.

  • got my vote. no doubt. save our country. it would be the best thing to ever happen. it will change this crappy democracy. voting for some old money luvin nazi farts.

  • I LOVE THIS GUY!!!

  • Wow - A place where people won't go bankrupt because of an illness, where minimum wage is livable, and you live with dignity and pride? Sounds exciting. I think he may be talking about Canada?

  • I not only lived on minimum wage, I put myself through college. Not bragging... just saying it's very possible if you work hard.

  • what state where you in and what school did u go to?

  • not really, this man lives in a dream world and cant wake up and smell the coffee. He promises everything like he can deliver it.... I've heard it all before from the democrats. Hell, Clinton passed the largest tax increase in the history of the US.

  • Honestly, who gives a shit about wether or not this man can fill all his promises...its obviously impossible. What is possible is that Obama reunites the confidence of the citizens of this country with the governemnt and restablish the basic american principles in politics which have lost in the last few years.

  • hasn't been lost here. I don't listen to the news media. the news media creates a virtualy reality that doesnt exist. If you think your wife would look good in a parka, then vote for him.

  • Lol and finally you show us your true colors. If you would take off the white pointy hat for a moment you would realize that Barak Obama is one of the great leaders of our time, and is going to be a great president!

  • Apparently, the man has never had to run a business with a bunch of slackards and retards for employees. He just wants to give them ss. It takes money to invest in business. The country works just fine now, thank you.

  • the country works just fine? where the FUCKING HELL have you been the past decade?! the day to day gears of america may work fine, but america is traveling in a very bad direction, socially and economically. You must be some old geezer who thinks that things should stay the same. Let me tell ya something...things should NEVER stay the same for to long

  • the whold damn world is traveling towards armaggeden, according to Hollywood. Do you live in an attic or something? Our health care system is already on the verge of collapse because of the slackerds and misfits, gangs, drugs, shootings. the president is not the problem, its the demoncrats who vote to have a damn social system... socialist.... yea, let your tax dollars pay for all the gang fights, hoodlums, etc.

  • he is the pimp, dude, know what i am saying, for real

  • Our first black President!

  • I'f I was American I would vote for him

  • Is it me or does it seem like he's been with us all the time? His ideals seem so American, both the best of black and white. Am I going too far when I say that he is on the level of the original framers of the constitution, Lincoln, Kennedy and King. It's like America is evolving into the stratosphere...Wow, I see it but I don't beleive it! We are experiencing one of the pivotal events in world history!

  • I think you are right. I have thought all along about how much he is like JFK. This man represents hope for this country. Let's just support him in every way possible and then in 08 vote this man straight into the White House.

  • Simply an amazing man with yet another amazing speech.

  • If he runs for president I am going to vote for him, OBAMA in '08

  • He is so presidential in the way he speaks and conducts himself. A Barack Obama(President)-John Edwards(Vice-President) ticket would actually have me down at my local headquarters volunteering.

  • Agreed. The way people call out in agreement while he's speaking reminds me of people listening to an MLK speech. People would call out their aproval for Martin Luther King Junior in the same way that people call out their support for Obama.

  • I think he represents both the good of white ideology aqnd the good of black. He is the natural blend of two unique cultures and if you will races. He would e able to navigate between the racism of both groups and work for the common good of America. Added to this he is fiercly loyal to the working class as he comes from the working class.

Finally a Potential President that can heal the nation instead of dividing it along party, racist and economic lines.

  • The fact that he is so reluctant to run for president only shows more caution and smarts on his part, he is young, he is not experience in senate terms, although he's very experienced in many other things that would make him qualified for president. Even if he doesnt run this year, in 2012 or 2016 I could see him going for it and making it, but I hope he goes this year, cause he's my favorite politician ever.

  • I'm a moderate Republican... and I have nothing against Obama. In fact, I enjoy hearing him speak. However, I really hope that he doesn't run in '08. He's way too inexperienced in Washington for him to be the best, and most qualified candidate for President of the United States. Being a good speaker and having a nice smile doesn't equate to being a good leader.

  • if you look at Obama's record and accomplishments you'll realize he's more than just a good speaker and a nice smile. I hope you've been as critical of GW... but I can already tell you haven't.

  • Trust me, I've been plenty critical of President Bush... on Iraq, on the border, and on the economy. However, I think Barack is falling victim to the John Edwards syndrome... meaning that they might be getting a bit ahead of themselves. I would like to see him finish a term or two in the Senate before trying to go to the White House.

  • I'm a moderate Democrat, and, you know, I respect that opinion - it's one that's hard to argue with logically. The thing for me, and possibly only me, is that he has that 'something'... Not charisma, not ideals (though I think he has both)... It's almost like he's just meant for this run at this time. It's something we need. He has had my vote, and that won't waver.

  • You guys need to keep in mind that with his inexperience Obama may not have been corrupted by the politics of our time. A new visionary may be good for the country instead of a president who has their checks signed by corporations and gives them huge tax breaks while shifting the tax burden on the middle and lower class (George Bush).

  • yea, sure, lets give all HIS kind more social security, more excuses to run amok, wild and crazy in our already overly crime-infested neighborhoods.

This man doesnt have a clue as to what's going on. Just a puppet on a string.

  • Its not the fact that he's black... he's a genious. I do think that because he's black, people can look at him and see how far our country has come in the last 60 years, but its because he's a genious that i would vote for him as the next president of the united states.

  • It would be a huge boost for America's image to elect a black Democrat.. I mean that would gain you like 100 points.. That would put you at let's see.. Only -1632 that could be worked away in a few decades!

  • "The Audacity of Hope!" I think that was his line...

    Run Barack Obama, RUN!

    ;?)

  • 2008.

  • "the arc of the universe is long and it bends toward justice"

    what a great line!

  • that line is so good, i'm about to get off my procrastinating butt and get back to orgo! :D

  • only he could say that line, and it actually sound like he made it up himself. Also, people who support him are actually smart enough to understand it. (unlike the ultra conservative hicks that support Bush)He's got charisma, intelligence, and his eyes open to the problems of America. Barack Obama 2008.

  • i'm not american but if you guys don't get this guy in the white house there must be an even deeper malaise in the soul of america. He's an amazing orator, not flashy, not full of 'hey i'm a regular guy' phony sincerity like Clinton or even Bush, he speaks with dignity and clarity, and he has the presence and wherewithal to handle the hopes and aspirations that are going to be pinned on him.
