...before both countries received their independence, it was a land without borders...a beautiful homeland whom were never fully ruled by colonial masters of which later have transfered its ideologies to each nations governing leaders and and divided the people and gradually eliminating a culturally rich people of a single homeland...the Sulu inhabitants and the colorful northern Borneo ethnic tribal communities. PEACE to all...
malaysia is still paying monthly rentals of sabah to the sultanate of sulu at the amount of 1500 dollars...tsk tsk..that's a fact. i saw it on cnn and aljazeera tv. if you ask me, i don't care if sabah will not join philippines but they should atleast recognize the philippines as the rightful owner.
oh did they...that i dont know....but i do know sabah belongs to philipine before.....thats why i find similarity in most of the tribe from sabah n philipines....like bajau n badjao......(my husband TAUSUG...) n the kulintangan also.....
my husband was a malaysian citizen although he TAUSUG (in malaysia SULUK)....his father got his citizenship becoz he came to malaysia before sabah nationhood, in 1963
yes..there are many filipino boys at sabah malaysia...erk...i think they are SULUK or TAUSUG....n many of them dont get the chance to go to scholl because the fee for the foreigner cost to high 4 them....but that doesnt mean that all filipino children did'nt go to school here in malaysia.....at my class, i remember 5 of my classmates are filipino....
how come they did'nt have the cer......i dont know.....ask their parent....i'm sure the parent know that if their child were born at malaysia....the child can get the cer.....
sabah did gave them chance to go to scholl, but i think the fee cost to much for them.....some of the filipino come to sabah, malaysia as a contract worker and if they had 6 or 7 children how can they manage to pay the fee...i hope u did'nt think that malaysia dont want to give them education.....only the fee between malaysian and foreigner are diffrent...
