just wondering where is the Philippines in this topic? the Philippines has a long history and heritage of democracy in the region. Just wondering why it wasn't even mentioned.
nothing is perfect except god's natural law, so democracy or not, don't get fooled, what's important is what's right, we support, what's wrong we oppose, to improve anything must get through experience and well education..
a good vision need a good imagination, ideas come from observation and experience.
Malaysia's former Deputy Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim has very notable qualities to lead Malaysia esp. in a new dawn of real democracy- A highly respected Statesman worldwide and widely supported by all races in his Country.
No wonder why democracy is still not in place in Southeast Asian Nations by listening to what those three participants except Thai journalist are in favour of autocratic regime so called with 'good governance'.

Great program. Although I question why the convicted criminal from Malaysia was allowed on the panel. His criticisms and arguments were clearly biased against the oldest, most successful democracy in southeast Asia, which is Malaysia.
India is not a great political success when they have riots that kill over 2,000 minorities every other year and dozens of violent secessionist movement showing how "Indian democracy" has failed.
