@aaronius4444 They were to debut before Ash defeats Burgh, in a two-parter called Team Rocket VS Team Plasma!, but the episodes weren't aired due to the earthquake/tsunami. Though postponed indefinitely, they are important to the storyline and will likely be aired eventually.

These are only the 3rd/4th episodes to never air, after an AG episode with an Earthquaking Whiscash coincided with the 2004 Chūetsu earthquake, and a New Year's episode was cancelled in the mess Porygon's debut caused.
