The more commonly explored mines, like this one, have been picked clean over the years, but there are thousands of old mines here in Nevada and they haven't all been explored yet. I know of an old mine in southern Nevada that has an ore cart still in it and I hope someday to pull it out. I tend to find more relics at the old mining town sites then in the mines.
