  • Vat da fucc.

Excuse me sir I'm with Montgomery Ward Loss Prevention and -- Whamm right hook to the face and I'm out.

  • Bitch......keep the cabinets close I won't tell u again.

  • Wow they give a nice bonus for employee reporting.

  • Protect the profits...profits apparently weren't enough to keep them in business. I feeel bad for everyone who worked a Montgomery wards for years, only to close its doors. I was a manager as borders for years...I know how it feels.

  • personally I have no connection with wards like you guys but god dammit that had better acting in the first 52 seconds then some hollywood blockbusters

  • VERY GOOD!

  • In the beginning, if I was that guy, I would have punched that bitch in the face and ran. That guy was twice as big as her.

  • 9:16 fucking snitch

  • ROFL that woman SOOOOO WANTED that item inside the purse!! xD

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL suchafail.

  • 2:47 "We'll talk about this later". I worked at Walmart. That means you're fired.

  • @mrwolfie88 i agree

  • I wish I had seen videos like this when I did loss prevention, however this video is true in only certain areas, as in Canada you cannot stop a person for theft while they are still in the store, in other countries like the U.S you might be able to though, other than that this is a very good video.

  • bullshit, if you see lost prevention you better be ready to get tackled and cuffed

  • @kkkhater05 Not everyone who steals gets tackled and cuffed, only those who refuse to come back into the store and put up a fight get tackled and cuffed. If someone who gets caught willingly comes back into the store you're not going to need to tackle or cuff them and believe it or not , not every thief puts up a fight, although it no doubt does happen quite often depending at the type of store. I found 24/hr stores have the most amount of theft and usually the most aggressive theives.

  • the 'Service' sign - was that lit neon? or plastic?

  • @fujifrontier Not sure. It does look like it's lit up, but the stores I worked at didn't have anything like that - everything was cheap plastic or cardboard. Maybe this store was different.

  • @jtenos Which location did you work at?

  • @SevenShahanshah I'm in Phoenix, AZ - I started out at the Christown mall location in Phoenix, then transferred out to Mesa West when I started going to college at ASU.

  • @jtenos Mesa West???

Is that the white two story building where there was a Toys R Us added on next to it by Southern Ave (Southern & Longmore)? If so, I think it was demolished and they built a target on the site. As a kid, I always thought the mirrors above the front entrance were creepy for some reason.

  • @TheMadfamracing Yep, that's the one. I remember going into the new Target shortly after it first opened, and trying to figure out exactly where my old office was.

  • @jtenos It would be near impossible to locate your office unless you had some really good GPS! I just looked at a picture of Fiesta Mall I took from an airplane in 2003, at that time the land was completely bulldozed.

  • @TheMadfamracing I didn't try to find it by looking around - there was an evil aura around the store manager's office, so I was just walking around, waiting until I felt an ominous chill, then I'd know I was close. :)

  • My brother use to work there in the early 90s.

  • At 3:45 I'm trying to figure out what it says on the top of her nametag. It looks like "Manager" in big bold letters. If that's what it is, they must have had a huge ego to need such a large job title listed as the first thing on the nametag!

  • @joshmadhatter

they were all the same size, mine said ASSOCIATE in large type.

they told me it was for the benefit of the old folks

  • What year was this filmed?

  • @kamaaladiin 1997. There's a part 2 to this video (I uploaded it before YouTube would let me do more than 15 minutes), and it's in the end credits.

  • @jtenos Thank you, I saw the two parts, I just got hired today as a loss prevention officer.

  • Awesomely bad acting. lol. Is this filmed in Chicago? Saw a lot of Bulls and Bears merchandise.

  • @SevenShahanshah It was probably done in Chicago - that's where the HQ was located. They did a lot of Chicago-based stuff - if you remember some of the old advertising, they had Chicago sports stars as their spokespeople, like Scottie Pippen, Mike Ditka, and Sammy Sosa.

  • Very annoying music at the start and one ugly alarm

  • People shoplifted from Montgomery Weird? Wow...there are some desperate ass people in this world >_>

  • I'm sure this video stopped the attempted theft of many Spice Girls CDs and Tickle Me Elmos.

  • yo thats madddddd funny. im in LP and we dont nicely walk up to lifters and ask them to give up the stuff. unless there are kids or old people but more or less big dudes like that have to go down or they will fight the staff

  • I love the SensorVision system keyboard in the background of the camera room!

  • @BigDaddyJames1

LOL up until last year i still had that piece of crap dual keyboard

  • Are these actual Ward's employees or "professional" actors? I think I vageuly recgonize the fat guy in the shoe dept from TV.

  • @joshmadhatter If they're pros, then they must have been paid to be awful.

  • Awesome, thanks for posting.
