@ghastwraith all gameshark does is change a couple of hex values to create a situation that would have just been more difficult to do without it. For instance, in RBY, the mew glitch. With a gameshark, you can change the hex values to what they need to be to legitimately perform that glitch. Gameshark doesnt magically create situations. It just moves them.

The glitch scewes with the game, so it does not know what pokemon to show, so missingno appears. He was never ment to appear.

@Jizg Actually, in pokemon yellow orred (i forget which one...) if you go to one of the city's that has a bunch of water surrounding it (not completely), you go to the bottom right side of it and begin fishing and you get a hacked pokemon. I found that out years ago with my big brother, anyways is this legit or did you use a gameshark? Misigno was his name I think

@Jizg I was doing gameshark too! I was using code 0100EDD0, i battled it and tried to capture it with a master ball, it blocked the ball away, then It said it was caught (Lol). Then after I said if I wanted to name ?????, I pressed no and the fight kept on going (Another Lol) Then I killed it and I went to glitch city for like a second and then the game reset all glitched up with random tiles and colors.(Final Lol)

lol, i got a really strange bug when i was playing silver on MeBoy on my phone O.o

I beat a trainer on the way to the pkmn league and...

my Magneton on level 30-40... started evolving to level 275, then he de-leveled to level 16.

and then, all my pkmn turned into ???? tedriusa and got lvl 100 and some weird attacks which i didn't know they were there! then the game froze.

I agree with this whole glitch thing. I have all the versions, except red. Gold and silver can't be traded with yellow, blue and red when it comes to unknown pokemon like missingno. The system won't let you through. But, it can be found in the wild, I've never seen it attempted until now. I didn't think it was possible. I should try it.

Also I found one in silver too. I used the walk-thgough walls cheat (thats the only one), and i went from mahogany city (i think. the 7th gym city), walked up and around the guy who tries to sell you the candy bars, and i walked through the mountains and towards the eighth gym city, and on the way, you will disappear and everything turn into a glitch city until you reach the city, then it turns back to normal, i tried to make a video but i didnt know how lol.
