I have been using a mirror while meditating . upon looking into the mirror i enter samadhi .. and my entire body turns into a shadow my eyes dissapear there is only the dark the shadow. self realization..... i am having more and more visuals at will.. how do i make these experiences into realizations of the truth instead of just being aware of it??????????

I have been working actively daily to channel, using crystals and chakra clearing work every day to clear my inner 'tunnel' so that I may jump higher in my conscious level - I feel changes happening so fast in energies - but sadness fills me and I don't know if that's a part of grieving for the billions of people who've suffered from this awful world condemnation, or if it's a process of clearing the negativity from myself (I recently used obsidian?) in order to ascend. Anyone?

Drowning in my own salt, dear 1, Crystal Devas help a lot, strangely not much else does- Obsidian is great in helping releasing with acceptance the grief and sadness, I'm finding the Green crystals like Jade, Atlantisite and Seraphinite-lovely! , very helpful and same for the pink /purple gentle crystals- like, don't leave home if I don't have a least half a kilo of gaia' lights with me. hope this helps.
