I blame EA because as a whole I consider them a terrible company, the use of origin to download games is a poor attempt to follow steam into the digital pc downloads market one EA is unequipped to deal with as theyre customer service is frankly appauling this coupled with the fact command and conquer 4 was an extremely poor conclusion to the series and the fact Ea bought westwood studios some years ago means yes i hate Ea!!!

you can combine red alert and tibrium but not generals with one of them.

As for the Helicopter, what' wrong with that? I think you are giving this a rather unfair and prejudiced assessment here. EA isn't going to ruin this game. Not with Bioware involved anyway.

Even though it's generals it's still a new RTS with frostbite engine and made by bioware. I don't think bioware wants to mess this up. I still think it should be called Generals 2 and not C&C Generals 2 though, as it has nothing to do with the universe except the gameplay. Can't wait to try it out!

Cut out the core gameplay mechanics.

Add half-naked women in every cutscene and mission briefing.

Make ridiculously over-saturated cartoon styled graphics.

Force players to always play online even in SP missions and skirmish mode.

(The fans like to play C&C games anytime, anywhere WITHOUT the leash of an active internet connection, thank you very much!)

Make a DLC "pay to win" scenario!

A note to the developers from a long time C&C fan and modder:

DO:

Keep the gameplay and atmosphere of the original game.

Add new units, missions, and "gameplay innovations" that would ENHANCE the original concepts.

Add a more DIVERSE and INNOVATIVE SP mode.

(Look at the old C&C games that feature a map that allows you to select up to four different missions in the SP campaigns. Also use the Global Conquest mode from KW as an example.)
