STEP ONE film your subjects

STEP TWO use interpolated rotoscoping over the footage (its a computer animation program)

i found it really lacking in a solid story and any believable acting, especially in the teenage love story off danny and sand, scarlette johanhsen's performance was the only believable one and the lak of action was terrible, there were a few fights but it was terrible even for an action movie
