  • If I was wearing that cap I would have been filming the sky lol. Cool vid.

  • @ellicattube I can relate to that!

  • Absolutely wicked video, mate!!

  • @cyphercomplete Thanks, check out my latest video, this one the Shark got the fish!

  • dude, your one hearty guy aye lol!!! Awesome vid mahn!!!

  • @kevyz211 Cheers!

  • You sure earned this kingy. congrats! do you have the space for a livewell? and still have your big cooler on board? or would any livebait container be shaken too much on a jetski?

  • How stable is the jet ski when you hook up? Does it rock from the pull, do you get towed around the place? I've been in a 14 foot dinghy and had a kingy tow us around the bay so I can imagine that you end up all over the place.

  • @layton1855

The late model 3 seater skis are very stable, I use the 1812cc FX HO WaveRunner and have no issues with stability for fishing. Any good size fish will tow you around when hooked up, it also will tire the fish when pulling the ski around.

  • this is amazing!

  • @mjd0984

    Thanks

  • I want to know one thing about fishing it might sound stupid. Dsnt the fishes mouth get torn apart from the hook when pulling so hard?:S

  • @1werall

Not very often would that happen, as the fish are normally hooked inside the lip area

  • i think we r ganna need a bigger boat

  • @dmpa311 Thanks

  • Nice vid, wish you would kill the music though.

  • Nice vid. I have an exact rod reel combo also. Its a magic reel and that rod is unbelievable for its size.

  • @CrazyEvo5

Sure is a good set, just caught some more nice Kings on it yesterday. I will post another vid soon...

    Cheers, Andrew

  • Tight Lines Always"...

  • I know the difference between slow mode and normal mode you dumbass there is no need to tell me

  • @andres6000 - When i look at your videos, I would recommend not knocking anyone elses until you learn how to make videos yourself.

  • @andres6000 Make some decent videos yourself andres6000 before knocking anyone elses.

  • THAT IS A AMBERJACK DUMASS... not a kingfish

  • @coltsfan3429

Get your facts right, that is 100% called a Kingfish in New Zealand. Species are named different around the world, do a google search... Thanks for the feedback

  • He's American...nuff said kracker please...

  • @terekiwi Thanks...

  • @coltsfan3429 lol retard...

Nice king there bro, shot for the WIN against the shark!

  • @CerebroNZ Thanks mate, I need to come puka fishing with you!

  • Awesome video. Im a kayak fisherman but i have a pwc license just burning a hole in my wallet. Id like to get into this style of fishing someday. Few questions....Can you troll 1-2mph on a jet ski? Will that harm the engine in anyway? Whats the cost for maintence?

  • @CAPTBORG Hi, visit our forum as most of you questions can be answered at our Jetskifishing community. The maintenance costs are minimal, depending on which model ski you purchase.

  • Hi, which camera filmed this, the "Tachyon XC" or the "Tachyon XC Micro"? Thanks.

  • @RangieNZ That is the XC

  • @RangieNZ The Tachyon XC, yet they both have the same recording quality...

  • How is the camera attached to your head/hat?

  • @RangieNZ With my cap I use the 3m locking tape stitched to the cap

  • Sweet vid Andy!...Nice King too

  • What's the music?

  • Great fish!

  • Thanks

  • Cool vid!!! Which monter mesh have you got there - specs?

    cheers

  • I now use the Daiwa Monster Mesh model. MM582XHB-SIC 5'8" PE # 6 - # 8 line. With the Daiwa Saltist 30 T

  • Absolutely brilliant - Good to see someone else who "lives life" !!!

  • Thats what Jetskifishing is all about

  • Wicked Video! :-)

  • Thanks

  • Thinking of getting a Jetski and doing the same thing too. How k's it take you to get out there bro? looks like you can just get that kingi on there hehe.

  • 18 miles off shore, you need to have a late model 3 seater ski to be stable and reliable enough to go that far out. All safety boxes should be ticked and going with another rider or boat is a good idea.

    Cheers, Andrew
