I do it almost exactly except I like to add a chopped tomato and let it cook until the corned beef is crispy toasted. YUM!

not so appetising, egg were slightly burnt, rice were a bit sticky, your fires a bit high, yet a very simple cooking..thank you anyway..cheers..
