I got nothing for the Mario series, and I can't remember if we're allowed to argue here, so don't kill me. But, the whole shadow mario idea sounds nice, but seems like it would cause a "clone" problem again so I would just try to find a way to give Bowser Jr. a moveset all his own or scrap the idea. (Also are you considering Wario as a Wario Ware character or a Mario character? Because I think he should be in this one too)
@Deadman6453 I don't see how Shadow Mario would be a clone of Mario. Admittedly, he looks like Mario, yes, but Mario wouldn't be able to turn into a Koopa with his Down Special. :P
The Mario spin-offs (Donkey Kong, Yoshi, and Wario) are going to be covered in the next video as their own set of franchises.
There is one character from the Mario series that really should have been in Brawl, but wasn't. And that's Bowser Jr. He's appearing in more and more and more games and is quite popular. His moveset would also not be too similar to Bowser's, because of his Magic Paintbrush and his smaller stature. I think he would be an absolutely perfect addition. He could perhaps even transform into Shadow Mario
For another character, I'd suggest Baby Mario. You may think I'm weird...but he's everywhere!
@GigaBowserNS Finally, a comment! I was beginning to think no one cared! :D
I agree on your thoughts for Bowser Jr. You also mentioned Shadow Mario; does that mean you're suggesting him as a transformation, as well? I didn't stop to think about him and now I don't know how I'll add him to the suggestions list.
As for Baby Mario, I would think he might fit better in the next video, Mario Spin-Offs, as a Yoshi's Island character. Want me to just take it as a suggestion for that video instead?
@teamrocketspy621 Yeah definitely, having Bowser Jr. and Shadow Mario would fit in like Zelda and Shiek.
And I'm not sure about Baby Mario. It's true that he stars in a lot of Yoshi games, but he's also in plenty of Mario Sports Games and one Mario & Luigi games
@GigaBowserNS To me, Baby Mario would be considered a Yoshi's Island character, if only because I'm disregarding... well, just about any non-platformer in the Mario series in terms of being that good of a source for characters (I mean, Daisy hasn't been in a real Mario game since SML, and Waluigi's exclusive to the sports games, effectively making him non-canon!). Usually, the characters who reappear quite consistently in the sports games are not original to them anyway. I'm looking at sources.
