it didnt work well for me i almost lost my dvd of supernatural :P so after i tryed to make it work i use dish soap and rubbed it in cirular,um and down ect.. and now...its working perfictly!!!! :''D the method may work but better for soap and then try drying with with a washcloth or a paper towle but dry it from the center out and cairfuly
